"He who learns but does not think is lost! He who thinks but does not learn is in great danger."

Confucius (551 BC – 479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. By Simran Khurana (Updated March 18, 2017)

Chronic kidney disease is a prevalent disease, even among relatively young people. Severe economic crises, particularly the one the world has experienced in the Corona plague crisis, are expected to increase the number of patients with chronic kidney disease significantly. The kidneys are an organ of "economic stability," They are damaged if an existential economic crisis arises. (Subjective in the patient's eyes) IgA nephropathy is detailed in a separate article. (Different emphasis)  Link: IgA nephropathy (IgAN) – Kidney autoimmune disease.

The liver and kidneys have many metabolic functions in common.

Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) - Introduction.

CKD manifests itself in a gradual decline in kidney function.

Link: About Chronic Kidney Disease. (National Kidney Foundation)

  • One can also function well with one kidney; symptomatic kidney disease indicates significant kidney damage. The symptoms are usually not unique to patients with chronic kidney disease.

CKD is a very high-incidence disease affecting women and men worldwide.

  • Chronic kidney disease is a widespread phenomenon affecting approximately 750 million people worldwide. (2016 data)
  • Approximately 15% of the adult population suffers from various chronic kidney disease levels, with an upward trend.
  • Women have an increased tendency (compared to men) to get Chronic Kidney Disease.
  • The prevalence of chronic kidney disease increases with age, but it can also start at very young ages.
  • From the age of 65 and over, chronic kidney disease incidence increases to about 25% in women and 20% in men.

As a liver disease patient (HCV) in severe conditions, I have extensive kidney disease experience.

What are the leading causes of kidney stone formation?

The leading cause of kidney stones is a diet of processed and industrialized foods and beverages that burden the kidneys and liver combined with anxiety and stress. Sometimes, the body can get rid of these stones, but this process requires a lot of drinking. Attacks of kidney stone displacement are excruciating and may be accompanied by fever and weakness resulting from secondary infection.

There are four main types of kidney stones:

  1. Calcium stones are made of calcium and phosphorus or calcium and oxalate. About 80% of kidney stones are calcium oxalate.
  2. Struvite stones: These stones contain magnesium and ammonia. They are often quite large and take on the shape of a beam.
  3. Uric acid stones: These stones, which make up 10% -5% of all kidney stones, are smooth, browner, and softer than other kidney stones.
  4. Cystine stones: The color of these stones is usually yellow, and they are more similar to crystals than stones.

I suffered from many symptoms that included almost every possible physiological connection. Look at the pictures in the gallery to see why.

  • I have rich experience with severe liver disease (HCV) combined with kidney disease, which has caused me the most severe symptoms.
  • I have rich experience in various treatments, including over two years on and off in China.
  • The most severe symptoms I have experienced are related to the kidney and urinary system; I have reached a daily urine frequency of 30-40 times daily, mainly due to ammonia salts accumulation. (Protein decomposition product.)
  • My kidney condition has deteriorated in terms of the size of the cysts in my right kidney. (It's no accident that my right kidney was filled with four big cysts; most of the liver is on the right side of the body.)

Traditional Chinese medicine indicates a close connection between the kidneys and hearing.

  • As a kidney-severe patient, I also suffered a sharp decline in hearing and vision. (According to traditional Chinese medicine, vision is related to the liver.)

The main danger of chronic kidney disease is deteriorating kidney function to a level that requires dialysis or kidney transplantation.

Five stages of kidney disease.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)  - Brainstorming.

It is advisable to take advantage of the liver's remarkable regeneration capabilities, lower the burden on the injured kidneys, and thus initiate damaged kidney cell rehabilitation.

  • Improved liver blood flow and bile fluids through naturally squeezed juices, coffee enemas, and liver and gallbladder flushes impact the immune system and the liver's kidneys.
  • Combined with the proper habits and an appropriate and supportive diet, far-reaching results can be achieved, and even the condition of patients who need dialysis can be restored.
  • The emotional-mental side has tremendous significance in every recovery.

The body compensates for the missing kidney functions through other organs, especially the liver.

  • The additional burden on the liver rises steadily and can cause side effects. The compromised liver function does not allow the proper regeneration of damaged kidney cells.

Chronic kidney disease patients can suffer from numerous complications.

  • Chronic kidney disease patients (including chronic liver disease patients) usually have additional complications. Hypertension is a widespread phenomenon that affects the heart, blood vessels, and the male capacity for erection.
  • Sexual dysfunction has many implications for the self-image and marital system.
  • Chronic kidney patients can suffer from a deficient energy level, affecting their entire lifestyle.

Kidney transplantation.

  • For advanced-stage kidney patients, kidney transplantation is perceived. Rightly, a dramatic improvement in the quality of life, the thought that one can recover from the disease is not presented!
  • A kidney transplant is now considered a relatively straightforward operation. The main difficulty is finding a suitable donor and the accompanying price in the constant need to suppress the immune system.

Chronic kidney disease cannot be cured by drugs of any kind or by any invasive procedure.

  • The treatment of chronic kidney disease is only symptomatic. It is not designed to cure the disease.
  • Blood pressure-lowering drugs mainly cause damage because they act opposite to the body's desires and overload the liver.
  • The technology for smashing kidney stones using sound waves and dialysis is also symptomatic. Both are essential tools for treatment but are unfortunately not intended to cure the patient.

This article will focus on lesser-known issues that may significantly improve the quality of life of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients.

Hypertension is misunderstood. It is a compensation tool of the body, resulting from low kidney and liver filtration.

High blood pressure main complications.

High blood pressure (Hypertension) and kidney cysts are symptoms, not the disease itself!

The Lancet Link: The number of people living with high blood pressure has doubled worldwide over the past 40 years.

High blood pressure is a part of the self-defense mechanism; therefore, it is a symptom. (It is not the cause.)

  • Inflammatory processes create sedimentation on the walls of the blood vessels that cause stenosis and lack of flexibility.
  • High blood pressure is needed to achieve more efficient blood flow & filtering in major organs such as the Lungs, Kidneys, Liver, Heart, and circulatory systems.
  • Hypertension is usually a sign of an unhealthy cumulative lifestyle. (It can be reversed.)
  • Surprisingly, high blood pressure as a single factor is not the primary cause of heart disease.
  • Taking prolonged blood pressure medication causes double damage. (Harms the liver and kidneys and allows for an unhealthy lifestyle.)

Over one billion people worldwide live with  Hypertension. (Lancet, November 2016.)

  • The number of people affected by high blood pressure has almost doubled over the past 40 years.
  • Hypertension is prevalent in developing countries in Asia and Africa.
  • According to WHO, nearly half of adults suffer from high blood pressure.
  • The World Health Organization, which attributes high blood pressure to an annual death rate of 7.5 million people, confuses (like everyone else) between symptoms and the causes of the disease. (A symptom of illness cannot cause death.)

Kidney cysts are a widespread phenomenon.

  • The best treatment is through proper nutrition, without taking blood pressure medications.
  • Proper nutrition and lifestyle can shrink the cysts. Usually, no surgical intervention is needed.

Medical literature looking at the causes of CKD disease is often misleading!

  • According to the literature, the leading causes of chronic kidney disease (with sweeping consent) are hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and urinary tract inflammation.
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes are symptoms of an unhealthy lifestyle and diet.
  • Logically, a symptom of one disease cannot cause another disease! (There may be common causes of many diseases.)
  • The primary underlying cause of chronic kidney disease is an unhealthy lifestyle and diet. (Mentally and physically)

Chronic Kidney Disease's underlying causes. (Body, Mind, and Spirit.)

Pathogens as a cause of CKD outbreak.

  • In chronic CKD, pathogens are not the cause of the disease but are only catalysts and triggers. The fundamental cause is always a weak immune system.

Lifestyle vs. Genetics.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical)  is the leading cause of Chronic Kidney Disease. (80% or more). Genetics explains only a small part of the failures. (20% or less.)

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30-35 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of unresolved mental traumas is higher than the unhealthy lifestyle. The explanation is that the process of cell aging and death is cumulative, while unresolved traumatic events have an immediate and cumulative effect.

Physical Body.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle reflected in Improper nutrition, high body toxicity, low physical activities, and exposure to the sun, lack of sleep manifests itself in:
    • The low flow of body fluids. (Blood, lymph, bile.)
    • Gut flora imbalance and parasite overgrowth cause a heavy load on the immune system.

Mind & Spirit.

Happiness, Love, Satisfaction, and other positive emotions charge life-force energy.

Anxiety, stress, disappointment, hate, fear, guilt, envy, and negative emotions deplete the life-force energy.

  • Traumatic Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past (usually subconscious) can cause low life-force energy flow. (Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

The combined effect of body, mind, and spirit is a list of symptoms. (Physical & Mental.)

Prognosis.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

Why can it be said with certainty that chronic kidney disease is curable?

Most CKD patients, especially adults, would have needed dialysis if the kidneys could not replenish damaged cells. In reality, most chronic kidney patients do not reach dialysis!

  • All acquired diseases, including those with an inborn tendency, can be cured except for pure genetic diseases. There is no such thing as an incurable disease.
  • Not long ago, scientists thought the human brain could not replenish neurons (Neurogenesis), but now everyone was wrong! This ability exists and is significant. Therefore, one must not raise hands and surrender.
  • Suppose you watch videos on YouTube of patients who have recovered from severe and seemingly impossible-to-recover illnesses (including severe cancer patients). In that case, you will find that these patients are determined to fight and have found a way to self-healing. (Without naming it.)
  • I have left with a few percent of liver function due to chronic hepatitis C. Who would look at my gallery with photos of giant worms 15-17 cm long in my digestive and liver system will wonder how I survived the impossible.
  • Recovery is possible from any health-acquired condition; it takes time, effort, determination, and perseverance.

Recovery from CKD requires an unconventional perception of the human body as a dual, physical, and energetic entity.

"To live is to have Qi in every part of your body." To die is to be a body without Qi. For the health to be maintained, there must be a balance of Qi."

  • By nature, we are focused on the disease we suffer from. Still, it is essential to discover the mechanism common to all Non-genetic Long-term immune failure diseases for understanding and healing.
  • Understanding the entire process will help us recover from illness, improve our health, and prevent future diseases.
  • Recommended: The 4 groups of long-term immunodeficiency illnesses.

The location and severity of the symptoms are not accidental. (This analysis is simplistic but thought-provoking.)

Link: Chakra (Wikipedia) Note: A simple search will provide more detailed diagrams with elaborated information. (Recommended)

The seven human Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

The seven human Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

General & Introduction -  The concept of energy centers. (Chakras)

Only Traumatic, Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past may block the life-force energy. (Traumatic resolved mental & spiritual events do not block the energy centers.)

  • These principles come from traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) and Chinese medicine, balancing the body. Western medicine completely ignores the human body's energetic being and misses an opportunity to understand chronic disease formation deeply.
  • Diseases break out where life-force energy does not flow smoothly.
  • When discussing stress and anxiety as significant causes of chronic morbidity, we must deepen and label the traumatic emotions to release them consciously.

Mental-energetic analysis concerning CKD, using the Chakras (energy centers) method.

  • The diagram shows that the kidneys are in the centers (Chakra-1,2.) The corresponding possible traumatic emotions are probably related to Basic trust (fear), career, money mindset and sense of belonging, Sexuality, and Pleasure Creativity.
  • Chronic inflammation is also related to energy centers (Chakras - 3,4). The corresponding possible traumatic emotions are probably associated with Wisdom, Personal Power, and the ability to channel Love, Relationships, and self-acceptance.
  • Only the patient himself can interpret the traumatic events.
  • It is worth mentioning that only Traumatic, Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from the past can block the life-force energy.

My example is too simplistic but illustrates the idea and encourages self-searching.

  • The symptomatic organ should be adjusted to its energy center; the traumatic emotions that block the specific energy center must be identified and released.
    • You should consider assisting a certified hypnotist if the result cannot be reached through an internal search.
  • Prolonged and severe multi-system diseases must be restored according to the chronological order of symptoms.
  • In many cases (as in my case), it is a mix of traumatic emotions and several energy centers, making it challenging to locate the energy block source.
  • The right side represents the male at the energetic level, while the left is related to the female and offspring. Therefore, trauma with a mother or a brother, for example, will be expressed in various locations!

The severity of symptoms.

  • The intensity of the symptoms is related to the body's general energy (in the central energy channel) and the specific organ or organs' energy level.

If you seek doctors' advice about self-healing from Chronic Kidney Disease, do not expect your doctor's support for self-healing medicine.

Link: Conventional Modern Medicine vs. Self-Healing (Alternative) Medicine.

It is recommended that everyone delve into the principles of self-healing and the differences between conventional medicine and self-healing medicine before making a decision.

  • Doctors don't like having their authority undermined; they usually see themselves as the only one who knows what's right for you!
  • Many questions arise in my experience of entering a self-healing process, especially from serious illnesses. Understanding and believing along the way is critical to success. Self-healing is a challenging process accompanied by ups and downs; it is effortless to break down in the healing process; success comes thanks to perseverance.

Deciding which way to choose is always the patient's decision; the support of family and friends is vital.

Recommended Self-Healing recovery methods from chronic kidney disease.

Recovery from chronic kidney disease requires restoring the immune system first. How should the recovery process run?

Link: How do you start with self-healing natural medicine therapies?

Rehabilitation of the immune system requires simultaneously integrating all the influencing factors (Body, mind & spirit)

  1. Release traumas from the past through the subconscious and conscious transmission. (No need to forget.)
  2. A very diverse and balanced diet of natural, unprocessed foods.
  3. Maintaining an incredibly healthy lifestyle. (Goodnight Sleep, controlled sun exposure, and regular exercise.)
  4. Cleansing the body's filters (liver and kidneys) dramatically boosts the immune system.
  5. Assistive treatments include massage (very relaxing) and acupuncture, which have excellent effects.
  6. Controlled solar baths.

Mental and Spiritual Empowerment. (Often underestimated)

Link: Mental and spiritual empowerment is critical to recovery!

  • Love and emotional support (not just logistical), knowing that having someone with you has immense meaning in these difficult moments. With love and support, Hope strengthens the energy of life and dramatically improves recovery chances.
  • Hypnosis (Authorized only) in cases when the onset of CKD occurs at a young age. Traumatic events are often kept subconscious and complex to locate on our own. Hypnotherapy requires patient collaboration. (I needed many hypnosis-like sessions. )
  • Releasing tension and spiritual calm. (Such as yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi )
  • Acupuncture offers excellent benefits without any side effects. Although it begins as a physical act, acupuncture is an energetic action to open energetic blockages along the body's energy channels (Meridians). Successful acupuncture can be painful, but the pain usually indicates effective treatment. (The pain stems from energy flow in a blocked life-force energy channel!)

A healthy diet and proper eating habits are essential for recovery.

Nutritional recommendations for CKD patients.

Recommended link: The balanced-varied diet is the most suitable anti-inflammatory diet.

Very few CKD patients have a proper diet & eating habits, even though many believe they are eating healthy!

Introduction.

  • Fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and natural sugars are needed; denying one of the macronutrients entirely is wrong.
  • The need for various foods (mainly from plants) allows the body to get all the nutrients (enzymes, minerals, electrolytes, dietary fiber, antioxidants) through food and drinks. High-quality and varied foods and sun-controlled exposure almost eliminate the need for sometimes harmful supplements and absorb less than quality food.

Recommended food:

  1. Start your morning by drinking one cup of squeezed lemon juice with lukewarm water. (It is even better if you add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon of olive oil.)
  2. Vegetables, seeds, sprouts, roots, nuts, legumes, beans, lentils, mushrooms, fruits, and berries.
  3. Moist low-medium glycemic index starches such as rice, sweet potato, taro root, and spelled quinoa. (You better add a teaspoon of coconut oil, ghee-purified butter, or other natural oils for better absorption.)
  4. Organic range-free eggs (especially egg yolk) are excellent emulsifiers due to their high lecithin content. (Good quality egg yolk has an orange color.)
    1. Egg yolk is rich in vitamin D3.
  5. Eat wild deep-sea fish 2-to 3  a week. (They are less contaminated and also have a high omega-3 content.)
    • Fish is easy to digest and does not create a very acidic environment in the intestines.
  6. Berries are among the most potent antioxidants – combined with fruit, goat yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts. (Yogurt, like all probiotics, may cause gas bloating. It is usually a good sign.)
  7. The liver, in particular, benefits from all-natural bitter foods. (Such as grapefruit and dark chocolate.)
  8. Dietary fiber (found only in plant-based diets) is essential for gut recovery. It might cause a reaction like gas bloating. (Fiber helps to feed the good bacteria.)
  9. Fermented products with natural live bacteria, such as goat yogurt or natural kombucha, are essential for good health.
  10. Consuming high-quality fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, Ghee (purified butter), and coconut oil, together with fiber, helps lubricate the lining of the intestinal walls. This is essential for replenishing the good bacteria and helping regenerate intestinal wall tissue.
  11. Regular eating of bone marrow (possibly in soup) is especially recommended.
  12. Consuming Iodine regularly (for proper thyroid function) is essential. (The easiest way is by consuming Himalayan pink salt.)
  13. To strengthen the immune system, consuming sulfurous foods such as avocado, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale is recommended.

Which bread is the healthiest? (Sprouted bread, rye, spelled, or whole flour sourdough bread.)

  • Healthy bread is dense and tends to be massive. (Especially bread made without yeast.)
  • Bread with low gluten is best. Most healthy bread has low gluten. (Although not zero percent gluten)
  • There are many bread recipes. Most people do not bake their bread. Buying bread from a reliable source is essential. The best are small specialized bakeries that deliver organic whole-grain sourdough bread.
  • Sprouted bread is most recommended for everyone. Sprouting releases enzymes that break the grain shell. Sprouted bread has low gluten and is much easier to digest because enzymes start breaking the grain shell. (which is hard to digest)
  • Low-calorie bread is less dense and weighs less. Heavy bread makes you feel full faster.

Avoid eating white flour and yeast bread; it disturbs the gut flora balance.

Recommended beverages:

  • Water, tea (without sugar or milk), black coffee (without sugar or milk), and freshly squeezed juice. (Not too sweet.)
    • Drinking fresh juice may cause gas bloating. It is inevitable and part of the recovery process.

Due to intestinal wall damage, appropriate discipline in eating and drinking is required.

  • The list of food and beverages not recommended until symptoms are significantly improved is pretty long, but that should not surprise anyone.
  • Eating mainly cooked, soft, warm, and moist food is recommended. (Easier to digest)
  • The additional nutrients that the body needs for recovery will come from drinking natural, fresh-squeezed juices.

Food and beverages are not recommended. Minimize consumption.

  • All Processed food, smoked food, preservatives, and canned food. (Huge category.)
  • Soft drinks of all kinds, including diet beverages.
  • Plain sugars and high glycemic starches. (Such as white flour products, potatoes, white bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
  • Eating high doses of sweet fruits. (Especially grapes and watermelon containing mainly glucose.) Sugars can create an imbalance in gut flora.
  • Trans-fats (found in many industrialized products) like Margarine are very harmful.
  • Yeast bread. (Sourdough bread is much better.)
  • Dairy products are unsuitable for Fibromyalgia patients as they are loaded with sugar (lactose) and too many proteins. Besides, they create an acidic environment in the intestines.
    • Goat's milk or yogurt is much better. (Limited quantities.)
  • High gluten content products. (Gluten protein is found in most cereals. Gluten tends to adhere to intestinal walls and will probably aggravate symptoms.)
  • Reduce meat and poultry consumption by 50% or more. (Meat and poultry are hard to digest, creating a high-acidity environment in the intestines.)
  • Leafy greens. (Until significant relief in symptoms. They tend to stick to the inflamed intestinal walls.)
  • Spicy, hot foods are usually beneficial, but they may worsen symptoms. (Due to the Herxheimer effect, dead pathogens release toxins and gas.)
  • Eating large amounts of carbohydrates and animal proteins is not recommended. (This is especially true for meat or dairy products with potatoes or other high-glycemic starches.)

Recommended eating habits.

It is advisable to eat two main meals a day plus snacks (for those who need them). Dinner should be easy to digest and early, maximum up to 7 in the evening, because most tissue regeneration occurs during sleep. The digestive system needs constant rehabilitation; prolonged breaks between meals are preferable to continuous eating.

  • Minimize eating away from home, preferably taking home food to work and not buying outside.
  • Prepared food deliveries are a terrible alternative! It is processed and industrialized food at the most harmful levels possible.
  • Chew well, take a break, and eat comfortably.
  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Fresh vegetables should be sprinkled with olive oil or other oils such as hemp or flaxseed.
  • Add a little fat with a higher melting temperature, such as coconut oil or Ghee butter, boiled or baked starches, or vegetables. (Although they are saturated fats.)
  • Especially after a meal that includes animal protein (more difficult to digest), taking a short 20-30 minute walk at moderate speed is recommended. Walking helps the digestive processes.

We eat with all senses; filling the plate with various vegetables with oils and spices is desirable. (Including aromatic salt.)

Freshly squeezed juice - the best natural remedy.

The ultimate liver and kidney detoxification is explained.

Recommended links: | Juicing principles | Coffee enemas | Liver & Gallbladder flush |

The liver and kidneys are involved in many critical metabolic processes. A burden on one creates a burden on the other, so it is necessary to address both.

Liver detoxification: Freshly squeezed juices, coffee enemas, Liver flush.

  • Why is combining freshly squeezed juice with liver and gallbladder flushes and coffee enemas powerful?
  • Fresh juice supplies the body with vitamins, enzymes, electrolytes, and antioxidants. It elevates the body's energy and helps the liver to produce more bile.
  • Liver flushes (especially when added apple cider vinegar) can dissolve and remove solidified bile stones resulting from high toxicity levels.
  • Coffee enemas are much more effective when the bile ducts are not blocked. (Movement inside the liver occurs through the bile ducts.)
  • Coffee enemas have an almost immediate effect on the liver and intestines. When the body has lower toxicity levels, the body's energy will improve significantly. Therefore, the immune system can fight all pathogens much more effectively.

Exercise and massage, Controlled solar baths, acupuncture, and supplements.

Link: Lifestyle & Diet, Supplements, Herbal medicine & Additional anti-inflammatory therapies.

  • Regular exercise is essential because the lymphatic fluid (which contains three times the amount of blood in our body) is a significant part of the immune system and cannot function without the body's movement.
  • The sun has extraordinary healing properties. It is not the cause of skin cancer, and moderate controlled exposure has beneficial effects, especially for many body systems, including the immune system.
  • Acupuncture does not involve any side effects and has exceptional properties when combined with a comprehensive treatment.
  • One should always prefer good quality food & beverages with a high nutritional value over supplements. However, one might need a few (though not many) carefully selected supplements during the recovery process.

Summary, conclusions, and recommendations.

It is advisable to take advantage of the liver's remarkable regeneration capabilities, lower the burden on the injured kidneys, and initiate kidney cell regeneration.

  • Improved liver blood flow and bile fluids, through naturally squeezed juices, coffee enemas, liver, and gallbladder flushes, impact the immune system and the liver kidneys.
  • Combined with the proper habits and an appropriate and supportive diet, far-reaching results can be achieved, and even the condition of patients who need dialysis can be restored.
  • The emotional-mental side has tremendous significance in every CKD recovery.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and high blood pressure (Hypertension) are not incurable! Even in advanced stages.

  • It is worth internalizing - there is no such thing as an incurable disease. (Except for genetic diseases.)
  • Remissions often characterize Chronic Kidney Disease. They are not accidental; they result from an increase in the body's life-force energy level.
  • Full recovery is guaranteed for those ready to embark on the inner journey of self-healing. (The process can be lengthy, but healing is already felt in the early stages.)

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and High blood pressure (Hypertension) underlying causes:

  • The underlying causes of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and High blood pressure (Hypertension)are unhealthy lifestyles combined with anxiety & traumatic Non-resolved events from the past.
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • As the disease erupts at a younger age (30-35 years and below), the likelihood of mental trauma as the leading cause of the disease increases, and vice versa.

Prolonged use of medications and Supplements. (Including herbal supplements.)

  • Taking analgesics for relatively short periods is sometimes necessary when the pain does not allow proper functioning.
  • Painkillers cannot cure the disease but only moderate the symptoms, so the aim is to minimize their use to the minimum possible.
  • Prolonged use of most drugs, especially non-herbal drugs, has side effects (sometimes intolerable) and cumulative damage to the body that comes out of balance.
  • The use of dietary supplements is excessive and sometimes even harmful. A balanced and appropriate diet with naturally fermented products (or live probiotics) and controlled exposure to the sun are recommended to minimize dietary supplements for those who are not vegan.

Economic aspects.

  • The economic burden of doctors, drugs, and treatments is sometimes very high. (In my case, the expenditure was exceptionally high.)
  • Despite the enormous expenditure on food and juices, the savings on medicines and doctors, not to mention the suffering and low quality of life, invest in self-healing, primarily economic, in the long run.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

Link: How do you get started with self-healing therapies?

  • The self-healing method's principles allow the body to rehabilitate the immune system independently, recovering from any acquired illness, including chronic kidney disease. (CKD)
  • Following the principles & guidelines of self-healing medicine will cure the entire body mentally and physically.
  • The main drawback of self-healing is the need for changes in lifestyle & habits. The transformation is enormous in every aspect.

It may be almost impossible for some, but it can be done! May God be with you. Recommended link: Forum discussions about Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

I wish all Chronic Kidney Disease patients (CKD) and High blood pressure (Hypertension)—good health and a better quality of life.

Frequently asked questions and answers:
Can the kidneys repair damaged cells?
The kidneys can self-rehabilitate, but this ability depends significantly on the liver, which is often damaged because of its heavy burden.
Is hypertension the cause of my kidney disease?
Hypertension is a compensation mechanism of the body resulting from low filtration of the kidneys & liver. (Hypertension is the symptom, not the cause!)
How can young adolescent patients get to dialysis and liver transplantation? (No hereditary kidney disease)
Young patients with chronic kidney disease are often the result of secondary complications or chronic kidney disease against unresolved mental traumas. The physiological system begins to weaken significantly only at 45-50. In youth, lifestyle and nutrition are often not critically affected.
Existential and economic crises most often damage the kidneys.
The kidneys, according to the concept of Chinese and traditional Indian medicine, respond to fear. Existential crises sometimes create unresolved traumas, especially damaging to the kidneys.
Can detoxification improve the condition of chronic kidney patients?
Mechanical detoxification of the liver and kidneys is essential for significantly improving kidney function. At the same time, most often, it is necessary to combine the mental-energetic dimension.
Why, although fear disappears, does chronic kidney disease not heal spontaneously?
Unresolved traumas reside in the subconscious with limited access. The subconscious bypasses logic. Only techniques that penetrate the subconscious (such as hypnosis) can remove fearful unresolved trauma and lead to complete recovery from CKD. Persuasion in these situations is not an effective tool.

Chronic Kidney Diseases.
1. Heartbreak affects the heart; by the same analogy, what kind of crisis affects the kidneys?
The connection between body, mind, and spirit is familiar to most of us. Modern medicine, especially Western medicine, does not attach importance to the energetic dimension.

A more detailed explanation:
1. The most suitable answer is answer number 1.
According to the energetic concept of the human body, based on traditional Indian and Chinese medicine, energy centers (chakras 1-2) are sensitive to existential and economic crises. Western medicine does not use these tools.
