Surgeries and drugs cannot cure Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis. Recovery is achievable only by strengthening the immune system. (Body, Mind, and Spirit)

"It is easy to hate, and it is difficult to love. This is how the whole scheme of things works. All good things are difficult to achieve, and bad things are straightforward."

Confucius (551 BC – 479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. By Simran Khurana (Updated March 18, 2017)

Crohn's disease can attack the entire intestine (small and large) length, while ulcerative colitis manifests on the large intestine and rectum. There are other differences in the injury's severity, the obstruction's nature, and damage to the intestinal walls. At the same time, these are ramifications of the same disease with blockages in separate energy channels (meridians). On an emotional level, chronic digestive tract diseases can be compared to diseases in which the patient cannot accept and digest events. It is common to think that a very critical personality can cause chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract, especially in very young patients. (around the age of 30 and under)

A closer look at all the chronic inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract reveals one common denominator - an unbalanced intestinal flora that creates a very acidic environment that allows the proliferation of pathogens that severely burden the immune system. Over time, Inflammation creates ulcers and severe damage to the intestinal walls that prevent the proper absorption of nutrients. The small intestine and colon can regenerate relatively quickly. (Compared to most other tissues) Given only a natural and varied diet, without medication, restoration of the intestinal flora, and a renewed flow of bile to the duodenum, regeneration of gastrointestinal tissue is a viable process, even under impossible conditions. (The Gallery - disgusting is a testament to that.)

In this article, I do not distinguish between the various IBD diseases because their treatment on the physical level is almost the same. Concerning the causes of the disease, there are gaps at the mental-energetic level, which conventional medicine does not address.

Chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract severely damage the immune system.

Crhon's disease common symptoms.

Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and IBS are treated with the misconception that they are incurable diseases.

This article presents a different approach to treatment and recovery from all Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) based on self-healing principles. I will focus on the lesser-known issues that may significantly improve patients' quality of life with Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, and All Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Disease. (IBD)

  • Sometimes, you will find references like Crohn's is an autoimmune disease! Using the self-healing method belonging to a group of autoimmune diseases will not change how the disease is treated!
    • Autoimmune diseases are often detected by ANA (Anti-Nuclear Antibody) autoantibodies in an individual's blood serum, which typically indicates that the body mistakenly attacks cells of itself rather than external invaders, which is not the case in Crohn's disease.
  • Accordingly, conventional treatment is only symptomatic and does not attempt to bring about the patient's recovery. Symptomatic treatments perpetuate the patient's dependence on medication for the rest of their life without trying different approaches! Surgical solutions for Crohn's disease patients (and other IBDs) solve nothing in the long run.
  • The self-healing method's principles of combining body, mind, and spirit allow the body to independently rehabilitate the immune system, thereby recovering from any acquired illness, including Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, and All Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. (IBD).

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

The human body can recover from challenging diseases, including Crohn's disease and all IBD diseases.

Link: Crohn's disease (Wikipedia)

  • Long-term patients may require extended recovery; full recovery is always possible. It is mainly related to faith in the way, perseverance, and strong willpower.
  • IBD patients usually receive painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs that treat the symptoms rather than the causes. Unsurprisingly, many patients lose faith in recovering from these diseases.
  • The human body, mind & spirit have highly sophisticated mechanisms to recover even from very long illnesses. We are asked to allow the body to perform its duties without interruption!

Even after many years of suffering, full recovery from all IBD diseases is achievable.

  • Changing one's lifestyle is usually the main obstacle to achieving recovery.
  • It would be best if you adopted the available treatments & nutrition recommendations that best suit your condition. However, liver & kidney cleansing is usually needed.
  • Do not underestimate the importance of the mental & spiritual parts.

Why do women have an increased tendency to have Crohn's disease compared to men?

  • Women have an increased tendency to develop gallstones; bile obstruction has a far-reaching impact on the immune system.
    • The main reasons for women's increased tendency to develop gallstones are hormonal imbalances such as pregnancy, birth control pills, medications, and insulin resistance. (Poor nutrition)
    • Bile is a strong alkaline and helps contradict the acidity of food coming from the stomach.
    • In a pH-balanced environment, parasites in the digestive system do not thrive, significantly strengthening the immune system. Bile is a lotion that contains fats and salts that help lubricate and restore the intestinal walls.
    • Restoration of the natural flora in the intestines significantly strengthens the immune system and helps recover from many chronic diseases.

My experience with terrible and uncontrollable infections throughout the digestive system. (From mouth to anus.)

  • Due to my severe liver condition and the blockages that prevented bile flow, I had all the IBD symptoms and much more.
  • The pH of a diseased intestine is typically acidic, mainly because the bile flow (alkaline) is obstructed. The urine pH will also be highly acidic when the body is too acidic. (PH 5-6; this is a logarithmic scale, so a measurement of 5 is ten times more acidic than a measurement of 6).

The underlying fundamental causes of inflammatory chronic bowel diseases. (IBD) (Body, Mind, and Spirit.)

Pathogens are a cause of chronic disease outbreaks.

  • In Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, IBS, and All Chronic Inflammatory Bowel diseases, pathogens are not a cause but only catalysts and triggers. The fundamental cause is always a weak immune system.

Lifestyle vs. Genetics.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical) is the leading cause of Crohn's disease and IBD. (80% or more). Genetics explains only a small part of the failures. (20% or less.)

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of unresolved mental traumas is higher than the unhealthy lifestyle. The explanation is that the process of cell aging and death is cumulative, while unresolved traumatic events have an immediate and cumulative effect.

Physical Body.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle reflected in Improper nutrition, high body toxicity, low physical activities, and exposure to the sun, lack of sleep manifests itself in:
    • The low flow of body fluids. (Blood, lymph, bile.)
    • Gut flora imbalance and parasite overgrowth cause a heavy load on the immune system.

Mind and Spirit.

Happiness, Love, Satisfaction, and other positive emotions charge life-force energy.

Anxiety, stress, disappointment, hate, fear, guilt, envy, and negative emotions deplete the life-force energy.

  • Traumatic Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past (usually subconscious) can cause low life-force energy flow. (Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

The combined effect of body, mind, and spirit is a list of symptoms. (Physical & Mental.)

Prognosis.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they cannot eliminate the disease's causes.

The perception of the human body as a dual, physical, and energetic entity is essential to achieving full recovery.

"To live is to have Qi in every part of your body." To die is to be a body without Qi. For the health to be maintained, there must be a balance of Qi."

  • By nature, we are focused on the disease we suffer from. Still, it is essential to discover the mechanism common to all Non-genetic Long-term immune failure diseases for understanding and healing.
  • Understanding the entire process will help us recover from the illness we are suffering from, improve our health, and prevent future diseases.
  • Recommended link: The 4 groups of long-term immunodeficiency illnesses.

The location of the symptoms and the severity are not accidental. (This analysis is simplistic but thought-provoking.)

The seven human Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions.

The seven human Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions.

General and Introduction -  The concept of energy centers. (Chakras)

Only Traumatic, non-resolved mental and spiritual events from our past may block the life-force energy. (Traumatic resolved mental and spiritual events do not block the energy centers.)

  • These principles come from traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) and Chinese medicine, balancing the body. Western medicine completely ignores the human body's energetic being and misses an opportunity to understand chronic disease formation deeply.
  • Diseases break out where life-force energy does not flow smoothly.
  • When discussing stress and anxiety as significant causes of chronic morbidity, we must deepen and label the traumatic emotions to release them consciously.

Short mental-energetic analysis concerning all IBD patients, using the Chakras (energy centers) method.

  • The diagram shows that the relevant digestive system organs are in centers 2-3. The possible corresponding traumatic emotions are probably related to Sexuality and pleasure, Creativity, Wisdom, Personal Power, and channel ability. (Only the patient themself can interpret the traumatic events.)
  • Chronic Inflammation is also related to energy centers (Chakras) 3,4. The corresponding additional possible traumatic emotions are probably associated with Love, Relationships, and Self-acceptance.
  • It is worth mentioning that only Traumatic, Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from the past can block the life-force energy.

My example is too simplistic but illustrates the idea and encourages self-searching.

  • The symptomatic organ should be adjusted to its energy center; the traumatic emotions that block the specific energy center must be identified and released.
    • You should consider assisting a certified hypnotist if the result cannot be reached through an internal search.
  • Prolonged and severe multi-system diseases must be restored according to the chronological order of symptoms.
  • In many cases (as in my case), it is a mix of traumatic emotions and several energy centers, making it challenging to locate the energy block source.
  • The right side is the male at the energetic level, while the left is related to the female and the offspring. Therefore, trauma with the mother or a brother, for example, will be expressed in different locations!

The severity of symptoms.

  • The intensity of the symptoms is related to the body's general energy (in the central energy channel) and the specific organ or organs' energy level.

Illustration of the digestive tract in the upper abdomen.

Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) share common causes.

  • Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) can be treated with the same principles of self-healing.
  • A good flow of bile fluid can initiate the regeneration of the intestinal tissue.

The leading physical causes of all IBD diseases are explained. (There are always mental causes as well.)

  • Modern lifestyle with frequent eating of industrialized processed food and beverages dramatically increases the liver & kidneys. (Pancreas also.)
  • When the liver is very toxic, the bile liquid solidifies and blocks the liver & gallbladder bile ducts; It prevents the bile from reaching the duodenum and the small intestines.
    • You do not have to be a liver patient to have blockages in the bile ducts. (It is widespread.)
  • The liver produces 800-1000 ml per day of bile; most of it is recycled. But, if there are blockages, the bile flow is inferior, with many side effects. (Explained later in detail.)
  • When we look at the digestive system's anatomy, it is evident that the tubes that carry the bile into the intestines can easily get blocked; their diameter is only a few millimeters wide.
  • Inflamed bowels create an acidic environment; the kidneys must balance this acidity so the urine pH. It is also very acidic. (Ph. 5-6)

Surgical solutions for Crohn's disease patients, Ulcerative colitis (And other IBD diseases) do not solve anything in the long run. (Not recommended.)

Intestines with good gut bacteria. Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis damage the intestinal wall. (Leaking gut)

Intestines with good gut bacteria. Crohn's disease & Ulcerative colitis damages the intestinal wall.

Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, and IBD patients - The risks of surgery and recovery prognosis.

  • Crohn's disease patients and other chronic gastrointestinal diseases sometimes come to dangerous situations, following which doctors recommend surgery to remove the necrotic tissue.
  • Complications are inherent in opening the abdominal cavity of patients with infectious diseases.
  • This is often a radical operation that requires an external exit of the intestine orifices while severely impairing life quality.

The main problem is that the surgery does not treat the causes of the disease but only its symptoms. It often takes more than one operation in many cases. (Without improving the prognosis of recovery.)

Full recovery from all IBD diseases is achievable through self-healing medicine. (Without any surgery.)

The only deep and complete solution to the problem involves the regeneration of intestinal tissue.
  • Regeneration of the intestinal tissue requires continuous removal of the necrotic & damaged tissue. The only means to "push" the unwanted tissues throughout the digestive system is a combination of fresh juices, coffee enemas, and liver & gallbladder flushes. (Not at the initial stage.)
  • Intestinal tissue has a very high regenerative capacity, given the proper conditions. The main requirements are: (Brief overview)
    • A balanced and varied diet of natural products. (Without processed and industrialized products)
    • Drinking fresh juices will allow the liver to restore bile flow to the duodenum and intestines.
    • The constant removal of the rotten tissue with coffee enemas. (The process can take several months.)
    • Natural oils lubricate the intestine and restore intestinal wall tissue.
    • Dietary fiber (found in plant foods only) is essential for restoring intestinal tissue. (Along with the natural oils and good gut bacteria.)

The first stage of recovery from all Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. (IBD) How to start?

Link: How to get started with self-healing therapies?

Self-healing is a challenging process that often involves changes in diet and lifestyle. The first stages of adaptation are the most difficult. Don't expect your attending physicians (they believe and know only the conventional methods), so support from your spouse, family, and friends is critical.

  • It would be best if you adopted the available treatments & lifestyle changes that best suit your condition. However, a Balanced diet and liver & kidney cleansing are usually needed.
  • The benefits of adopting a self-healing lifestyle are immense; discipline and strong willpower are mainly required in the early stages.
  • Following self-healing principles for at least three months without significantly improving symptoms means that the more systemic Inflammation, the more time you need! And more intense treatments.
  • A urine pH of 6.0 or below usually indicates that the intestines are too acidic. It can suggest that gut flora is imbalanced!

Do not expect your doctor's support for self-healing medicine.

  • Do not expect your doctor's support for self-healing medicine regarding self-healing from Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, and All Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD).

Link: Conventional Modern Medicine vs. Self-Healing (Alternative) Medicine.

I recommend everyone delve into the principles of self-healing before deciding. And the differences between conventional medicine and self-healing medicine.

  • Deciding which way to choose is always the patient's decision; the support of family and friends is vital.
  • Doctors don't like undermining their authority; they usually see themselves as the one who knows what's right for you!
  • Many questions arise in my experience of entering a self-healing process, especially from severe illnesses. Understanding and believing along the way is critical to success. Self-healing is a challenging process accompanied by ups and downs; it is effortless to break down in the healing process; success comes thanks to perseverance.

Self-healing medicine works on the physical body, mind, and spirit to eliminate the causes of all IBD diseases.

List of self-healing main principles and guidelines concerning Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, IBS, and IBD.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

Introduction.

  • Changing one's lifestyle is usually the main obstacle to achieving recovery. But the rewards are outstanding.
  • It would be best if you adopted the available treatments & nutrition recommendations that best suit your condition. However, liver & kidney cleansing is usually needed.
  • Do not underestimate the importance of the mental and spiritual parts.

We are harnessing the extraordinary capabilities of Self-Healing.

  • Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.
  • Our body, mind, and spirit are reflections of each other.
  • The influence of our mind & spirit on our physical body is immense.
  • I prefer to call it Complementary Alternative Medicine. (CAM) "Self-healing medicine."

IBD diseases - The Holistic approach of self-healing.

  • The location of symptoms does not necessarily reveal the main problem.
  • A single organ or system cannot be cured apart from the rest of the body. The entire body's immune system has to recover as well.

Self-healing IBD disease lifestyle recommendations.

  • Try to minimize your medication intake. (They all harm the immune system.)
  • Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine) are not recommended, as they damage the immune system.
  • Chew well, take a break, eat comfortably, and do not eat late at night.
  • On an empty stomach, squeeze one lemon and drink it with lukewarm water each morning. (You can add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.)
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Regular physical exercise and massage.
  • Sound 7-8 hours of night sleep.

The self-healing allegedly paradox - A few symptoms during recovery may be more severe, but other symptoms disappear!

  • Be aware that self-healing has ups and downs; it does not indicate it does not work. The last stage might be the hardest because the immune system becomes more responsive. (Light fever and fatigue during self-healing are usually signs of recovery.)

Mental and Spiritual enhancement principles. (Often underestimated.)

Link: Mental and spiritual enhancement.

  • Lifestyle changes, with more relaxation and sleep.
  • Releasing Non-resolved stressful events from the past. (To restore the life-force energy flow.)
  • We are strengthening positive emotions and faith.

IBD patients should consider hypnosis. (Authorized only)

The use of hypnosis may be perceived by many as unrelated to their illness, but releasing mental distress has far-reaching effects on the body.

  • The traumatic non-resolved issues may be from the distant past; in most cases, it is difficult for the patient alone to reconstruct the events on his own.
  • Since the energetic flushing technique is unavailable to most patients, you may want to consider using hypnosis experts to release traumatic, non-resolved stress from the past that blocks the Qi life-force energy.
  • Through hypnosis, it may be possible to reconstruct traumatic non-resolved events and release the stress that blocks the Qi life-force energy and thus causes sickness.

Hypnosis may be an essential therapeutic tool but not an exclusive treatment.

Physical body enhancement principles.

Link: Physical treatments and supplements - Summary table.

  1. Eating and drinking a large, balanced variety of unprocessed food & beverages helps initiate the body's natural regeneration process.
  2. Mechanical Detoxification. (By unblocking and cleansing the liver & kidneys.)
    1. Liver cleansing includes drinking natural squeezed juices, coffee, and baking soda—probiotic enemas of live bacteria.
  3. Exercise and massage to improve blood & lymphatic circulation.
  4. Controlled Solar-baths. (Essential for proper physiology and charges the life-force energy.)
  5. Acupuncture can restore the life-force energy flow and relieve pain.
  6. It uses mainly herbal food supplements and antioxidants (as little as possible) to restore the body's balance and deficiencies.

Detailed overview of physical body self-healing principles:

A healthy diet and proper eating habits are essential for recovery.

Nutritional recommendations for all IBD patients.

Adequate nutrition is vital for easy-to-digest foods in patients with chronic digestive disease.

Recommended link: The balanced-varied diet is the most suitable anti-inflammatory diet.

In my experience, very few Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis patients have a proper diet & eating habits, even though many believe they are eating healthy!

Introduction.

  • Fats, protein, carbohydrates, and natural sugars are needed; it is wrong to deny completely one of the macronutrients.
  • The need for various foods (mainly from plants) allows the body to get all the nutrients (enzymes, minerals, electrolytes, dietary fiber, antioxidants) through food and drinks. High-quality and varied foods and sun-controlled exposure almost eliminate the need for sometimes harmful supplements and absorb less than quality food.

Crohn's patients may suffer from severe farting.

  • Imbalances in intestinal flora often manifested themselves in farting. Farting during the recovery period is often a positive sign! (Contrary to what is commonly thought) they reflect attempts by good bacteria to control the parasites. (Dead parasites release gas.)
  • Taking control of the good bacteria over the parasites is usually accompanied by much farting. This process can take several months. There is no need to panic and see the recommended diet as if it failed. On the contrary!

Surprisingly, most patients think in the first place that they are implementing a healthy diet. After a thorough investigation, it turns out this is not the case! (There is ambiguity on the subject.)

Recommended food:

  1. Start your morning by drinking one cup of squeezed lemon juice with lukewarm water. (It is even better if you add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon of olive oil.)
  2. Most food should be cooked to prevent further damage to the intestinal walls. (Much easier to digest.)
  3. Various vegetables, seeds, sprouts, roots, legumes, fruits, and berries exist
  4. Moist low-medium glycemic index starches such as rice, sweet potato, taro root, and spelled quinoa. (You better add a teaspoon of coconut oil, ghee-purified butter, or other natural oils for better absorption.)
  5. Eat deep-water fish 2-3 times a week. They are less contaminated and also have high omega-3 and vitamin D3 content.
    • Fish is easy to digest and does not create a very acidic environment in the intestines.
  6. Berries are among the most potent antioxidants – combined with fruit, goat yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts; they are delicious. (Yogurt, like all probiotics, may cause gas bloating. It is usually a good sign.)
  7. The liver, in particular, benefits from all-natural bitter foods. (Such as grapefruit and dark chocolate.)
  8. Dietary fiber (found only in plant-based diets) is essential for gut recovery. It might cause a reaction like gas bloating. (Fiber helps to feed the good bacteria.)
  9. Fermented products with natural live bacteria, such as goat yogurt or natural kombucha, are essential for good health.
  10. Consuming high-quality fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, Ghee (purified butter), and coconut oil, together with fiber, helps lubricate the lining of the intestinal walls. It is essential to replenish the good bacteria and help regenerate intestinal wall tissue.
  11. Regular eating of bone marrow (possibly in soup) is especially recommended.
  12. Consuming Iodine regularly (for proper thyroid function) is essential. (The easiest way is by consuming Himalayan pink salt.)
  13. Consuming sulfurous foods such as avocado, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale is recommended to strengthen the immune system.

Which bread is the healthiest? (Sprouted, rye, spelled, or whole flour sourdough bread.)

  • Healthy bread is dense and tends to be massive. (Especially bread made without yeast.)
  • Bread with low gluten is best. Most healthy bread has low gluten. (Although not zero percent gluten)
  • There are many bread recipes. Most people do not bake their bread. Buying bread from a reliable source is essential. The best are small specialized bakeries that deliver organic whole-grain sourdough bread.
  • Sprouted bread is most recommended for everyone. Sprouting releases enzymes that break the grain shell. Sprouted bread has low gluten and is much easier to digest because enzymes start breaking the grain shell. (which is hard to digest)
  • Low-calorie bread is less dense and weighs less. Heavy bread makes you feel full faster.

Minimize eating white flour and yeast bread; it disturbs the gut flora balance.

Recommended beverages:

  • Water, tea (without sugar or milk), black coffee (without sugar or milk), and freshly squeezed juice. (Not too sweet.)
    • Drinking fresh juice might cause gas bloating. It is inevitable and part of the recovery process.

Due to intestinal wall damage, appropriate discipline in eating and drinking is required.

  • Until symptoms are significantly improved, the list of food and beverages not recommended is pretty long, but that should not surprise anyone.
  • Eating mainly cooked, soft, warm, and moist food is recommended. (Easier to digest)
  • The additional nutrients that the body needs for recovery will come from drinking natural, fresh-squeezed juices.
  • Eat creamy soups with natural oils (grease the intestinal walls), such as fresh chicken broth with cooked and tender vegetables or water-based porridge and goat's milk.

Not recommended Food and Beverages - Minimize consumption.

  • All Processed food, smoked food, preservatives, and canned food. (Huge category.)
  • Soft drinks of all kinds, including diet beverages.
  • Plain sugars and high glycemic starches. (Such as white flour products, potatoes, white bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
  • Yeast bread. (Sourdough bread is much better.)
  • Avoid eating bread made with white flour.
  • Eating high doses of sweet fruits. (Especially grapes and watermelon containing mainly glucose.) Sugars can create an imbalance in gut flora.
  • Trans-fats (found in many industrialized products) like Margarine are very harmful.
  • Dairy products are unsuitable for IBD patients as they contain sugar (lactose) and too many proteins. Besides, they create an acidic environment in the intestines.
    • Goat's milk or yogurt is much better. (Limited quantities.)
  • High gluten content products. (Gluten protein is found in most cereals. Gluten tends to adhere to intestinal walls and will probably aggravate symptoms.)
  • Reduce meat & poultry consumption by 50% or more. (Meat & poultry are hard to digest; they create a high acidity environment in the intestines.)
  • Leafy greens. (Until significant relief in symptoms. They tend to stick to the inflamed intestinal walls.)
  • Spicy hot foods are usually beneficial, but they may cause symptoms to worsen. (Due to the Herxheimer effect, dead pathogens release toxins & gas.)
  • Eating large amounts of carbohydrates and animal proteins is not recommended. (Especially meat or dairy products with potatoes or other high glycemic starches.)

Recommended eating habits.

It is advisable to eat two main meals a day plus snacks (for those who need them). Dinner should be easy to digest and early, maximum up to 7 in the evening, because most tissue regeneration occurs during sleep. The digestive system needs constant rehabilitation; prolonged breaks between meals are preferable to continuous eating.

  • Minimize eating away from home, preferably taking home food to work and not buying outside.
  • Prepared food deliveries are a terrible alternative! It is processed and industrialized food at the most harmful levels possible.
  • Chew well, take a break, and eat comfortably.
  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Fresh vegetables should be sprinkled with olive oil or other oils such as hemp or flaxseed.
  • Add a little fat with a higher melting temperature, such as coconut oil or Ghee butter, boiled or baked starches, or vegetables. (Although they are saturated fats.)
  • Especially after a meal that includes animal protein (more difficult to digest), taking a short 20-30 minute walk at moderate speed is recommended. Walking helps the digestive processes.

We eat with all senses; filling the plate with various vegetables with oils and spices is desirable. (Including aromatic salt.)

Freshly squeezed juice - the best natural remedy.

The ultimate liver and kidney detoxification is explained.

Recommended links: | Juicing principles | Coffee enemas | Liver and Gallbladder flush |

The liver and kidneys fill a long list of essential metabolic processes. A burden on one creates a burden on the other, so it is necessary to address both.

Liver detoxification: Freshly squeezed juices, coffee enemas, Liver flush.

  • Why is combining freshly squeezed juice with liver & gallbladder flushes and coffee enemas powerful?
  • Fresh juice supplies the body with all the needed nutrients, such as vitamins, enzymes, electrolytes & antioxidants. It elevates the body's energy and helps the liver to produce more bile.
  • Liver flushes (especially when adding apple cider vinegar) can dissolve and remove solidified bile stones resulting from high toxicity levels.
  • Coffee enemas are much more effective when the bile ducts are not blocked. (Because the movement inside the liver is through the bile ducts.)
  • Coffee enemas have an almost immediate effect on the liver and intestines. When the body has lower toxicity levels, the body's energy will improve significantly. Therefore, the immune system can fight all pathogens much more effectively.

Cleansing the liver and kidneys article link: Liver and Gallbladder flush. Instructions, Benefits, and Risks.

Exercise and massage, Controlled Solar-baths, Acupuncture, and Food supplements.

Detailed explanations are provided in separate articles in the chapter on NATURAL THERAPIES.

  • Regular exercise is essential because the lymphatic fluid (3 times the amount of blood in our body) is a significant part of the immune system, unable to function without the body's movement.
  • The sun has extraordinary healing properties. Sun is not the cause of skin cancer, and moderate controlled exposure has beneficial effects, especially for many systems in the body, including the immune system.
  • Acupuncture does not involve any side effects and has exceptional properties when combined with a comprehensive treatment.
  • One should always prefer good quality food and beverages with a high nutritional value over supplements. However, one might need a few (though not many) carefully selected supplements during the recovery process.

Illustrations of the development of IBD diseases are detailed in the video below:

Full recovery from Crohn's disease and All IBD diseases | Especially recommended for patients considering surgery.

Summary, conclusions, and recommendations.

  • Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and all IBD patients are treated with a misconception that this is an incurable disease, so treatment is only symptomatic and does not attempt to bring about the patient's recovery. Symptomatic treatments perpetuate the patient's dependence on medication for the rest of their life without trying different approaches! Surgical solutions for Crohn's disease patients (and other IBDs) solve nothing in the long run.
  • Resuming the flow of bile fluid into the intestines is essential for recovery. It lubricates the intestines and contradicts the very acidic food from the stomach.

IBD underlying causes.

  • IBD's underlying causes are an unhealthy lifestyle combined with anxiety and traumatic non-resolved events from the past.
  • As the disease erupts at a younger age (30 years and below), the likelihood of mental trauma as the leading cause increases, and vice versa.
  • Symptomatic treatments (such as medications or surgery) cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of unresolved mental traumas is higher than the unhealthy lifestyle. The explanation is that cell aging and death are cumulative, while unresolved mental trauma is more violent and short-term.

Surgical solutions do not solve anything in the long run. (Not recommended.)

  • The main problem is that the surgery does not treat the causes of the disease but only its symptoms so that it will take more than one operation in many cases. (Without the possibility of recovery.)

Prolonged use of medications and Supplements. (Including herbal supplements.)

  • Taking analgesics for relatively short periods is sometimes necessary when the pain does not allow proper functioning.
  • Painkillers cannot cure the disease but only moderate the symptoms, so the aim is to minimize their use to the minimum possible.
  • Prolonged use of most drugs, especially non-herbal drugs, has side effects (sometimes intolerable) and cumulative damage to the body that comes out of balance.
  • The use of dietary supplements is excessive and sometimes even harmful. A balanced and appropriate diet with naturally fermented products (or live probiotics) and controlled exposure to the sun are recommended to minimize dietary supplements for those who are not vegan.

All IBD diseases affect cognitive abilities, alertness, and mood.

  • Balanced gut flora has a direct effect on brain functions. Cognitive abilities, alertness, and mood are affected by the level of the neurotransmitter serotonin. The production of serotonin is primarily done in the gut in the presence of good bacteria. Thus, resuming gut flora balance will also improve cognitive functions and mood.

Economic aspects.

  • The economic burden of doctors, drugs, and treatments is sometimes very high. (In my case, the expenditure was exceptionally high.)
  • Despite the enormous expenditure on food and juices, the savings on medicines and doctors, not to mention the suffering and low quality of life, invest in self-healing, primarily economic, in the long run.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

  • The self-healing method's principles allow the body to rehabilitate the immune system independently, thereby recovering from any acquired illness, including all IBD diseases. IBD is not an incurable disease.
  • Following the principles & guidelines of self-healing medicine will cure the entire body mentally and physically.
  • The main drawback of self-healing is the need for changes in lifestyle & habits. The transformation is enormous in every aspect.

Frequently asked questions and answers:
What do all chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract have in common?
Very acidic intestines cause an unbalanced intestinal flora that encourages the proliferation of pathogens that weaken the immune system.
Why are the operations to remove the infected (rotten) tissues ineffective long-term solutions?
The various surgeries do not eliminate the causes of the disease, but only the symptoms of the disease!
Why is restoring the flow of bile fluid from the liver to the duodenum critical to recovery?
Because the bile fluid is elementary, it contradicts the high acidity from the stomach. In addition, the oily bile fluid shields and lubricates the intestinal walls.
Is irritable bowel (IBS) syndrome an inflammatory disease?
Irritable bowel syndrome manifests a prolonged imbalance in the intestinal flora, creating an acidic environment that encourages the proliferation of pathogens. When the intestinal walls are damaged, it, by definition, becomes an inflammatory disease. (IBD).
On the energy level, is there a similarity between Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis?
At the energetic level, there is usually an energetic blockage in one of the two meridians of the small intestine, large intestine, or both. The emotions that lead to the energetic blockage are diverse. (following the concept of Chinese and Indian traditional medicine)
How significant is the mental dimension in chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract? (Crohn's disease, colitis, IBS)
The mental dimension is always present, but it is especially critical in young patients. (ages 30 and under) the explanation is that the physiological system is significantly weakened due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle, only around the age of 45-50.

1. Is removing the necrotic parts in chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract a recommended solution?
Many chronic patients with gastrointestinal tract diseases face the dilemma of a surgical solution.

A more detailed explanation:
1. The most suitable answer is answer number 3.
Removal of necrotic tissue is a surgery that involves many risks and complications that treat only the symptoms of the disease and not the causes. In most cases, more than one surgery is also needed, a condition that only distances the patient's chances of recovery.

Dear Gabriel,
The first stage of self-healing is the study of the general principles of self-healing and the specific dietary guidelines for Crohn's disease patients.

In my experience, you will almost certainly encounter many objections from both physicians and your immediate surroundings. Therefore, you must be complete with the way you choose.

The nutritional recommendations I have outlined are probably not precisely the same as those you received. That's because I'm looking at the long term. The recommended diet for Crohn's disease patients can exacerbate long-term inflammation.

Since you currently have Crohn's disease flare-up and need immediate calming of the intestinal inflammation, it is essential to avoid processed foods altogether, except even stop eating meat (including chicken) as well as any cow's milk products. Animal proteins are tough to digest, and also they create a very acidic environment of the intestine, which causes the aggravation of the symptoms.

At this point, it is advisable to drink fatty chicken broth (lubricates the intestinal walls) with well-cooked vegetables. You can eat deep water fish. Minimize very sweet fruits, such as bananas or grapes. It is advisable to altogether avoid sugars, cakes, white flour, and its products. It is desirable to eat goat yogurt. (only) You better eat sourdough bread or sprouted bread.

The first step is the most difficult of all because it requires adaptation to a different lifestyle and diet. Not only is the sequel more accessible, but it is also more encouraging that the recovery begins to be felt after a month - two months. (Depends on the severity of the disease)

Self-healing does not work during violent drug therapy, such as antibiotics or steroids, so it is advisable to discontinue the medication. (Don't expect the doctor's support)

What may help to relieve pain are coffee enemas; they require regular drinking of naturally squeezed juices. Many gases in the digestive system are a positive sign! (Contrary to what is commonly thought) they reflect attempts by the good bacteria to control the parasites. (Dead parasites release gas.)

Hi,
Was wondering if you would be able to help me recover from a very bad, and traumatic flair of Chron.
Please let me know if you can. I would be forever grateful.
Thank you

I believe I can assist you in achieving recovery. However, I recommend you contact my direct email- Sf_Healing@Yahoo.com.

I suggest you reread the entire article, and also parts of the Philosophical chapter. It is imperative you fully understand the principles because your family and friends will probably ask you many questions.

Liver obstruction and malabsorption of the intestines are, of course, related.
Self-healing is not expensive but requires a considerable amount of time. You probably will need assistance or at least concent from your surrounding.

I wish you a successful start with self-healing. It is not easy, but the rewards are immense.

Samuel Harel

Hi Michelle Forde,

• From the little information you provided, I understand that you have recently been diagnosed with Crohn's disease. What distinguishes patients with chronic diseases is that they usually follow the stages of the Hubble model known as the Kubler-Ross model.

• The reason I start with the mental side is the need for patients with diseases like Crohn's to change lifestyle when in the early stages of the disease are naturally in denial as part of the defense mechanism of the body.

• Azathioprine is an Immunosuppressant drug. Antihypertensive drugs do not help to cure the patient, have severe side effects and long-term effects. In my view, the immediate benefit is pain relief at the cost of irreversible damage.

• I recommend that you take your time and read the article about chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract again and watch the short video on YouTube.

Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD)

Kübler-Ross model – Explains the behavior of personal loss.

• You will be able to see that I have reached a state of entirely rotten bowel during the treatments as part of the extensive tissue regeneration process that I have undergone over many years.

My recommendations:
• Patients who are not heard by their doctors often get criticism from the nearby environment, so it's essential that you be complete with the path and direction you choose. It is vital that the family and the immediate environment support you.
• From experience, it is difficult for people to make a very sharp change in lifestyle at once, so you are advised to go in stages.

• Of course, there is a need for a very close diet that probably does not match your recommendations. The recommendations you received from doctors are designed to reduce short-term pain, but unfortunately, the recommended diet is not suitable for the renewal of the intestinal tissues.
• The key to recovery is to renew the flow of bile that is produced in the liver, so it is imperative to start the day with a squeezed lemon and a whole spoon of apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water.
• To help the liver produce bile, it is very desirable to drink natural and fresh squeezed juice for at least three days a week in a dose of at least half a liter (2 cups).

I wish you a full recovery, remember that the body can recover from any condition and that the disease you suffer from is not an incurable disease. Do not hesitate if you have any further questions and would be happy to answer you as best I can.

Very interesting. I have discovered much of the above myself. I feel fine now. I went to the Goldberg Clinic in Georgia and they put me on the right path. I love the way I eat now. I did have to have one operation because there was a kink in my bowel and I'd get completely stopped up. Now I don't. I'm so glad they didn't take more. My gastroenterologist wanted me on Remicade. I said NO and went to the clinic. I'm 79 and take no medications at all. I do take supplements.
