All chronic liver diseases obstruct the liver's blood and bile flow. By unblocking and cleansing the liver and kidneys, it is possible to initiate liver tissue regeneration. (Body, Mind, and Spirit)

Stages of liver damage.

"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

Confucius (551 BC – 479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. By Simran Khurana (Updated March 18, 2017)

This article presents a natural self-healing treatment method suitable for patients with chronic liver disease who have undergone the point of no return. The liver cannot rehabilitate itself, especially for patients for whom liver transplantation is not viable.

Patients with severe chronic liver disease are often in life-threatening situations. (Sometimes unaware of their condition)

Many patients with chronic liver disease have passed the point of no return but are unaware of it.

  • Using self-healing methods, rehabilitation from chronic liver disease can be lengthy and challenging. But after a few months, the change is already noticeable and gives tremendous force to continue until complete recovery.
  • The MRI Challenge - To confirm the Self-Healing method, I am willing to place myself at any time (free of charge) for a repeat comparative examination. (I have an MRI from March 2015.)

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability — It just needs to be revealed.

Liver obstructions are a problem for all chronic liver patients.

My huge intra-hepatic bile stones were 3.5 inches long. (8.9 cm) There are many more disgusting photos in the Gallery.

My huge intra-hepatic bile stones were 3.5 inches long. (8.9 cm)

This article describes 15 years of my daily struggle for survival and recovery from severe chronic liver disease.

The Hepatitis C virus infected me at a young age without being aware.

Recommended link: Kübler-Ross model – Explains the behavior of personal loss.

I spent 15 years intermittently in China for treatments, most of them painful and very exhausting.

  • I received very little information from the doctors who treated me in Israel, so I had to look by myself to answer my intolerable symptoms. I wish other chronic liver patients a different fate.

My experience with the hepatitis C virus. (HCV) is immense.

I had the hepatitis C virus (genotype 2) with a high viral load – of 9.61 million. My partial list of symptoms included the following:

  • During short walks, kidney pain, fatigue, decreased hearing and vision, Ammonia in urine (potent toxin), and difficulty concentrating. Neuropathy. (not frequent with liver patients), Terrible migraines, Frequent urination around 20-30 times per day, difficulty in urination, Unusual sweating (Even without physical activity), Terrible body and mouth odor, Pus wounds in the scalp, Swollen feet with red rashes around the lower calves, Nausea & Vomiting, Itching anus.

Chronic Liver Diseases and Cirrhosis short brainstorming.

Chronic liver diseases are obstructive diseases. Drug therapy cannot be treated; it is ineffective and may even be harmful. Therefore, it is essential to restore the liver to normal function naturally.

  • Chronic liver disease patients often do not ask the attending physician (for various reasons) whether they have passed the non-recurring point where the liver can no longer rehabilitate itself based on imaging tests and other tests. This question is of great importance to the quality of life and sometimes also life expectancy.
  • The self-healing method principles combine body, mind, and spirit, allowing the body to rehabilitate the compromised liver, even in seemingly impossible situations.
  • Self-healing is based on pro-active therapy and is undoubtedly more challenging than passive healing. The results accordingly bring about a dramatic improvement in health, not only of the liver but also of the entire body and mind. This article reviews the application of the self-healing method for patients with chronic liver diseases.

The liver can regenerate entirely as long as 25% of the tissue remains. Regeneration of the liver cells requires continuous removal of the damaged & scarred tissue.

The only means that can "push" the unwanted tissues throughout the digestive system is a combination of fresh juices, coffee enemas, and liver & gallbladder flushes.

  • Being an asymptomatic chronic liver patient usually suggests that you have less than 25% of healthy tissue remaining! (As well as low blood circulation to the remaining part.)
  • Patients with chronic liver disease who have passed the point of no return of the liver and will not perform a liver transplant (for any reason) expect a future of terrible suffering and endless pain. I do not wish anyone what I've been through for years of suffering beyond imagination.

Unfortunately, unlike the heart, stents that allow the bile to flow outside the liver and gallbladder to the duodenum are only temporary.

  • Laparoscopy of the liver is far more challenging than the heart's catheterization; it is not a long-term solution. Patients with chronic liver disease do not have sufficient biliary fluid production, so it crystallizes and creates blockages that, over time, will block the stent and may create a secondary infection.

A successful hepatitis antiviral treatment does not necessarily imply your liver can recover by itself.

  • Advanced antiviral treatments succeed at high rates in neutralizing the virus and thus prevent further damage. But, they do not deal with cumulative damage to the liver. The symptoms may also be exacerbated if the liver cannot regenerate due to obstructions. (As happened in my case)

Alcoholic Liver Disease and Alcohol Withdrawal, methodology, and practical recommendations. (A separate article with an innovative approach.)

Alcohol addiction manifests in certain addictive chemicals, mainly as a psycho-energetic phenomenon.

Link: Alcoholic beverages addiction - Weaning methodology.

  • Alcoholic liver disease is a widespread phenomenon, especially among young people. The main difficulty is alcohol rehab, so I dedicated a separate article to this topic.

Recovery from alcoholic liver disease is divided into three parts.

  1. Cessation of drinking alcoholic beverages - is an essential requirement for recovery.
  2. We are adapting to new lifestyle habits and a healthy diet.
  3. Restoring the cumulative damage to the liver. (A long and challenging process, but achievable.)

Patients with severe chronic liver disease may be required to choose one of two options:

Chronic liver patients who pass the no-return point for liver regeneration have these two main options:

  1. Liver transplantation is a complicated surgery and entails many risks. It is also costly. (Sometimes not affordable or not accessible.)
  2. Self-healing medicine will unblock the liver & kidneys and initiate the liver's regeneration. (Very long and complicated process.)

Patients have the right to choose the treatment they prefer that suits them the most.

  • But to choose, one must evaluate the two options! You need more information to make an intelligent decision.
  • The option of self-healing medicine was not suggested or even mentioned by any specialist I visited.
  • I do not wish to compare the two options; I believe every patient knows what he prefers. In case they considered both possibilities. (This is usually not the case.)
  • What happens if the patient can not get a liver transplant? It's pretty straightforward; there's only one choice left! (The longest and the most difficult one, but also the most rewarding.)

Do not expect your doctor's support for self-healing medicine.

  • You will most likely encounter reactions ranging from cancellation to contempt.
  • Many questions arise in my experience of entering a self-healing process, especially from serious illnesses. Understanding and believing along the way is critical to success. Self-healing is a challenging process accompanied by ups and downs; it is effortless to break down in the healing process; success comes thanks to perseverance.
  • Deciding which way to choose is always the patient's decision; the support of family and friends is essential.

The liver is the largest gland in the human body. It also serves as a sewer for the entire body, among its many functions.

Main liver functions.

Main liver functions.

The leading cause of chronic liver disease and cirrhosis.

  1. Drinking Alcoholic beverages.
  2. Hepatitis viruses. (Long-term immunodeficiency.)
  3. Autoimmune diseases. (Long-term immunodeficiency.)
  4. Medications and drug poisoning.
    1. Harmful chemicals.
    2. Heavy metals and Radiation.
  5. (Genetic pathologies.)

Although there are various causes of chronic liver diseases, The result is always the same and is reflected in poor blood circulation, blockages of the bile ducts, and the formation of intrahepatic stones; therefore, self-healing treatments can be used very similarly.

Chronic viral hepatitis and Autoimmune liver disease's underlying causes:

Pathogens are a cause of chronic liver disease outbreaks.

  • In chronic diseases, pathogens are not a cause but only catalysts for further deterioration. The fundamental cause is always a weak immune system.
  • Unlike the other causes, Hepatitis viruses and Liver autoimmune diseases reflect prolonged immune system failure. (The body was supposed to eradicate the invading virus first, and liver cell self-destruction is a prolonged immunodeficiency condition.)

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of unresolved mental traumas is higher than the unhealthy lifestyle. The explanation is that cell aging and death are cumulative, while unresolved traumatic events have an immediate and cumulative effect.

Physical Body.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle reflected in Improper nutrition, high body toxicity, low physical activities, and exposure to the sun, lack of sleep manifests itself in:
    • The low flow of body fluids. (Blood, lymph, bile.)
    • Gut flora imbalance and parasite overgrowth cause a heavy load on the immune system.

Mind and Spirit.

Happiness, Love, Satisfaction, and other positive emotions charge life-force energy.

Anxiety, stress, disappointment, hate, fear, guilt, envy, and negative emotions deplete the life-force energy.

  • Traumatic Non-resolved mental and spiritual events from our past (usually subconsciously) can cause low life-force energy flow. (Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

The combined effect of body, mind, and spirit is a list of symptoms. (Physical & Mental.)

Prognosis.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure chronic liver diseases, as they cannot eliminate their causes.

Diagnostic tools - CT, FibroScan & MRI. (My experience)

Since I was not diagnosed correctly! (You can see it in the Gallery.) I was not a candidate for a liver transplant, and no MELD SCORE was performed.

Transient elastography, known as FibroScan, is a non-invasive test for liver fibrosis.

  • CT scan showed I have dozens of liver cysts of various sizes.
  • My Fibroscan tests (before the Interferon + Ribavirin treatment) showed values of 11.6. Fibroscan test results Indicated medium-high levels of fibrosis scar tissue.
  • In my case, I also had abdomen swelling. After several years, my FibroScan showed decreased levels of scar tissue even though my symptoms worsened.
  • A few years later, when my quality of life was terrible, I insisted on performing an MRI scan. (Self-financing) The scan showed visually that my liver was blocked entirely. The photo gallery is proof.
  • Unfortunately, most people do not understand the medical terms used by professionals. (Including me.)
  • The main conclusion was I do not have liver cancer. But about my overall liver condition? I could not get a proper evaluation.

Many chronic liver patients are unaware that the liver is not a pain-sensitive organ.

The key to recovery from all chronic liver diseases.

  • The key to recovery from chronic liver disease is emptying all parasites and intra-hepatic stones (solidified bile stones) stuck inside the liver. Yes, it is challenging, but it can be done. Blood and bile circulation will only resume when the liver is not blocked, and tissue regeneration starts.
  • If you follow the Self-healing principles, it will initiate the liver regeneration process.
  • Unfortunately, it may be a challenging and long journey for chronic liver and cirrhosis patients. (But the result will be above expectations.)

Link: Rejuvenation and prolonged life expectancy.

Chronic liver diseases and cirrhosis are not incurable diseases! Recovery is achievable even from what seems to be hopeless conditions.

  • Self-healing treatments might not be suitable for all patients. Not every patient can stand the lifestyle of being in constant, round-the-clock treatment. For liver disease patients, this may be the ultimate struggle. Recovery is achievable even from what seems to be hopeless conditions.

The (unconventional) perception of the human body as a dual, physical, and energetic entity is essential to full recovery.

"To live is to have Qi in every part of your body." To die is to be a body without Qi. For the health to be maintained, there must be a balance of Qi."

  • By nature, we are focused on the disease we suffer from. Still, it is essential to discover the mechanism common to all chronic liver diseases for understanding and healing.
  • Understanding the entire process will significantly help us recover from our illness.
  • Link: The 4 groups of long-term immunodeficiency illnesses.

Symptomatic chronic liver patients may have 10% or less healthy liver tissue remaining.

Stages of liver damage.

All chronic liver diseases produce massive liver cell damage.

Liver cell damage (no matter what the cause) causes the liver to produce less bile.

  • The balance between bile components is broken; the liquid bile solidifies and creates green hepatic stones that block the liver.
  • Furthermore, bile stones do not allow bile to flow to the duodenum. (Entrance of the small intestines.)
  • Liver & gallbladder obstruction causes an acidic environment in the intestines, enabling parasite overgrowth. It creates a massive burden on the immune system.

Modern medicine does not know how to reverse massive liver damage. (Caused by all chronic liver diseases.)

The liver is the most significant gland in the body; it is a critical organ with more than 500 functions.

  • Reversing liver damage means restoring the liver's blood circulation and bile circulation. Unfortunately, these capabilities are not yet available; the only option in many cases is a liver transplant!
  • I could not get any helpful advice from the liver specialists I visited; the solution to my intolerable pain was to give me drugs, although it harms the liver.
  • Blood circulation is compromised when solid bile, cysts, and parasites block the liver. It, therefore, makes it almost impossible to treat the liver with drugs.

Progressive chronic liver disease complications I have experienced:

Cirrhosis of the liver.

Link: Cirrhosis (Wikipedia)

  • "Cirrhosis is a condition in which the liver does not function properly due to long-term damage. This damage is characterized by the replacement of normal liver tissue by scar tissue." (Wikipedia)
  • In my opinion, the Wikipedia description does not give the entire perspective in 3 dimensions. All liver diseases cause the bile to solidify, thus blocking blood circulation. Long-term blockages cause liver cysts and many other complications.
  • When the liver is blocked, it tends to expand; it can hold massive amounts of toxins. (The typical big belly photos are due to this expansion.)
  • Prolonged liver diseases weigh heavily on the kidneys because the liver and the kidneys have complementary functions. Liver patients often suffer from weak kidney functions as well.
  • Patients may suffer from multiple chronic inflammations in the advanced stages of liver diseases (like in my case) without any solution. (Drugs do not help in that condition.)

Cirrhosis of the liver - the liver has no self-repair ability of the damaged tissue.

  • Patients with cirrhosis have undergone the non-recurrence phase in which the liver can rehabilitate itself and, therefore, must choose one of the two options below.
  • A similar decision is expected even for patients who were not defined as cirrhosis initially but have passed the recurrence point where the liver can no longer rehabilitate itself.

Liver cysts. (Cysts are a self-defense mechanism.)

  • It creates cysts when the liver is blocked due to a fatty liver or advanced liver disease. Cysts are not the cause but the symptom of a very toxic organ. A cyst is a mechanism that isolates the working parts of an organ from the damaged parts.
  • The human body has this unique ability to dissolve and conceal cysts under the proper conditions.

Extensive tissue damage.

  • Advanced liver complications start to decay the body. Oxidants create tissue damage in many organs, not only the liver.

Hepatic encephalopathy.

  • Liver failure causes toxins to penetrate the brain (mainly Ammonia). The symptoms are related to decreased cognitive abilities, weak memory, and reduced vision and hearing.
  • It decreased vision and hearing.
    • Chinese traditional medicine connects the liver and the kidneys.
    • According to Chinese traditional medicine, the liver is reflected in the eyes and the kidneys in the ears. Liver and kidney patients may suffer from both.

Migraines - One of the most crippling pains there is.

  • Migraines are crippling pain lasting for days, with almost no sleep and a severe life quality impairment.

Symptoms of hyperammonemia. (Ammonia is a byproduct of protein breakdown - Ammonia NH3 accumulates in ammonia salts.)

  • Hyperammonemia (high ammonia levels) in the blood or urine may indicate liver disease. Ammonia has a powerful odor in the urine. Ammonia is a potent toxin that causes urinary incontinence and a high frequency of urination. One of the worst symptoms I suffered from.
  • The frequent urination and the toxicity caused by ammonia overload the kidneys and lower the body's energy levels.

Fascioliasis - Liver worms. (I had substantial liver worms.)

  • Liver worms signify a fragile immune system and a highly blocked liver.
  • Pharmaceutical drugs cannot destroy the worms and their eggs because the liver is entirely blocked. These drugs are also very toxic to the liver.

High cholesterol levels in the blood.

  • Cholesterol derivatives have many uses in the human body. The liver controls the levels of cholesterol in the blood. Liver diseases cause an increase in blood cholesterol levels.
  • In the case of chronic liver diseases, there is no point in taking drugs to lower cholesterol; they are helpful, but they harm the liver and do not cure anything!

Low levels of vitamin B12.

  • Vitamin B12 deficiency impairs immune system function and nervous system activity and causes acute fatigue.

Neuropathy.

  • Acute pain is similar to electric currents originating in the nervous system.

A sharp weight loss that later became overweight.

  • In the first antiviral therapy (HCV) phase, I dropped from 92 kg to 68 kg. A very sharp weight loss is typical of immediate life-threatening situations. Later, I gained weight and created a significant excess with a bloated stomach.

Cholecystectomy – Surgical removal of the gallbladder.

Cholecystectomy – Surgical removal of the gallbladder.

Chronic inflammation of the gallbladder and Cholecystectomy – Surgical removal of the gallbladder.

The gallbladder is often removed to treat inflammation of the gallbladder. No gallbladder – no pain.  (I did not undergo gallbladder removal.)

  • The gallbladder's primary function is to store the bile produced in the liver and release it when digesting fatty foods.
  • Women have an increased tendency to develop gallstones; bile obstruction has a far-reaching impact on the immune system.
    • The main reasons for women's increased tendency to develop gallstones are hormonal imbalances such as pregnancy, birth control pills, medications, and insulin resistance. (Poor nutrition)

Removal of the gallbladder has many side effects that are mostly ignored. (Many specialists oppose this surgery.)

  • Chronic Gallbladder infections usually indicate lower-than-desired bile fluid production. (Bile fluid is produced in the liver.) Removing the gallbladder does not open possible obstructions in the flow of bile fluid into the duodenum.
    • The bile fluid is a solid chemical alkaline. It contradicts the high acidity of the food from the stomach; among other benefits, it also lubricates the intestinal walls and prevents intestinal parasites' development.
  • When the gallbladder is removed, the bile comes directly from the liver to the duodenum without stimulation. When you need bile to digest fatty foods, it enters the small intestine in quantities smaller than required.
  • While it is possible to live without a gallbladder, this does not mean it is an unnecessary organ.
  • I suggest more in-depth investigation and reading before concluding that this surgery is the only option. It would help if you asked for an objective opinion. (Surgeons have financial incentives.)
  • This surgery only helps with gallbladder pain. It does not treat the causes. In effect, it just kills the messenger.

Gallbladder patients should consider performing a few liver and gallbladder flushes combined with fresh juice & coffee enemas.

  • Removing the stones inside the gallbladder enables it to recover without surgery and long-term side effects. (With many additional benefits.)

List of primary self-healing principles and guidelines:

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

Introduction.

  • Changing one's lifestyle is usually the main obstacle to achieving recovery. But the rewards are outstanding.
  • Adopting treatments and nutrition recommendations that best suit your condition would be best. However, liver & kidney cleansing is usually needed.
  • Do not underestimate the importance of the mental & spiritual parts.

We are harnessing the extraordinary capabilities of Self-Healing.

  • Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.
  • Our body, mind & spirit are reflections of each other.
  • The influence of our mind & spirit on our physical body is immense.
  • I prefer to call it Complementary Alternative Medicine. (CAM) "Self-healing medicine."

Chronic liver diseases - The Holistic approach of self-healing.

  • The location of symptoms does not necessarily reveal the main problem.
  • A single organ or system cannot be cured apart from the rest of the body. The entire body's immune system has to recover as well.

Chronic liver patients - Self-Healing lifestyle recommendations.

  • Try to minimize your medication intake. (They all harm the immune system.)
  • Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine) are not recommended, damaging the immune system.
  • Chew well, take a break, eat comfortably, and do not eat late at night.
  • On an empty stomach each morning, squeeze one lemon and drink it with lukewarm water. (You can add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.)
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Regular moderate physical exercise and massage.
  • Sound 7-8 hours of night sleep.

The self-healing allegedly paradox - A few symptoms during recovery may be more severe, but other symptoms disappear!

  • Be aware that self-healing has ups and downs; it does not indicate it does not work. The last stage might be the hardest because the immune system becomes more responsive. (Light fever and fatigue during self-healing are usually signs of recovery.)

Mental and Spiritual enhancement principles. (Often underestimated.)

Link: Mental and spiritual enhancement.

  • Lifestyle changes, with more relaxation and sleep.
  • Releasing Non-resolved stressful events from the past. (To restore the life-force energy flow.)
  • They are strengthening positive emotions and faith.

Chronic liver patients should consider hypnosis. (Authorized only)

The use of hypnosis may be perceived by many as unrelated to their illness, but releasing mental distress has far-reaching effects on the body.

  • The traumatic non-resolved issues may be from the distant past; in most cases, it is difficult for the patient alone to reconstruct the events independently.
  • Since the energetic flushing technique is unavailable to most patients, you may want to consider using hypnosis experts to release traumatic, non-resolved stress from the past that blocks the Qi life-force energy.
  • Through hypnosis, it may be possible to reconstruct traumatic non-resolved events and release the stress that blocks the Qi life-force energy and thus causes sickness.

Hypnosis may be an essential therapeutic tool but not an exclusive treatment.

Physical body enhancement principles.

  1. Eating and drinking a large, balanced variety of unprocessed food and beverages helps initiate the body's natural regeneration process.
  2. Mechanical Detoxification. (By unblocking and cleansing the liver and kidneys.)
    1. Liver cleansing includes drinking natural squeezed juices, coffee, and baking soda—probiotic enemas of live bacteria.
    2. Liver disease patients with a stent implanted in their liver - Are not advised to perform coffee enemas and liver flushes.
  3. Exercise and massage to improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
    1. A direct liver massage will help initiate the regeneration of the liver. (Professional massage is required with experienced and sensitive hands.)
  4. Controlled Solar-baths. (Essential for proper physiology and charges the life-force energy.)
  5. Acupuncture can restore the life-force energy flow and relieve pain.
  6. It uses mainly herbal food supplements and antioxidants (as little as possible) to restore the body's balance and deficiencies.

Detailed overview of physical body self-healing principles:

An anti-inflammatory diet and proper eating habits are essential for recovery.

An anti-inflammatoy diet and proper eating habits are essential for recovery.

Nutritional recommendations for chronic liver patients. - Recommended Food and Beverages.

Introduction.

  • Fats, protein, carbohydrates & natural sugars are needed; it is wrong to deny completely one of the macronutrients.
  • The need for various foods (mainly from plants) allows the body to get all the nutrients (enzymes, minerals, electrolytes, dietary fiber, antioxidants) through food and drinks. High-quality and varied foods and sun-controlled exposure almost eliminate the need for sometimes harmful supplements and absorb less than quality food.

Chronic Liver Diseases and Cirrhosis patients may suffer from severe farting.

  • Imbalances in intestinal flora often manifested themselves in farting. Farting during the recovery period is usually a positive sign! (Contrary to what is commonly thought) they reflect attempts by good bacteria to control the parasites. (Dead parasites release gas.)
  • Taking control of the good bacteria over the parasites is usually accompanied by much farting. This process can take several months. There is no need to panic and see the recommended diet as if it failed; on the contrary!

Proper natural nutrition, which is easy to digest, is essential in patients with chronic liver disease.

Surprisingly, most patients think in the first place that they are implementing a healthy diet. After a thorough investigation, it turns out this is not the case! (There is ambiguity on the subject.)

Recommended food:

  1. Start your morning by drinking one cup of squeezed lemon juice with lukewarm water. (It is even better if you add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon of olive oil.)
  2. Many vegetables, seeds, sprouts, roots, nuts, legumes, fruits, and berries exist.
    • Most food should be cooked. (Cooked food is much easier to digest.)
  3. Moist low-medium glycemic index starches such as rice, sweet potato, taro root, and spelled quinoa. (You better add a teaspoon of coconut oil, ghee-purified butter, or other natural oils for better absorption.)
  4. Eat deep-water fish 2-3 times a week. They are less contaminated and also have high omega-3 and vitamin D3 content.
    • Fish is easy to digest and does not create a very acidic environment in the intestines.
  5. Organic range-free eggs (especially egg yolk) are excellent emulsifiers due to their high lecithin content. (Good quality egg yolk has an orange color.)
    • Egg yolk is rich in vitamin D3.
  6. Berries are among the most potent antioxidants – combined with fruit, goat yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts. (Yogurt, like all probiotics, may cause gas bloating. It is usually a good sign.)
  7. The liver, in particular, benefits from all-natural bitter foods. (Such as grapefruit and dark chocolate.)
  8. Dietary fiber (found only in plant-based diets) is essential for gut recovery. It might cause a reaction like gas bloating. (Fiber helps to feed the good bacteria.)
  9. Fermented products with natural live bacteria, such as goat yogurt or natural kombucha, are essential for good health.
  10. Consuming high-quality fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, ghee (purified butter), and coconut oil, together with fiber, helps lubricate the lining of the intestinal walls. It is essential to replenish the good bacteria and help regenerate intestinal wall tissue.
  11. Regular eating of bone marrow (possibly in soup) is especially recommended.
  12. Consuming Iodine regularly is essential for proper thyroid function. (The easiest way is by consuming Himalayan pink salt.)
  13. Consuming sulfur-rich foods such as avocado, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale is recommended to strengthen the immune system.

Which bread is the healthiest? (Sprouted bread, rye, spelled, or whole flour sourdough bread.)

  • Healthy bread is dense and tends to be massive. (Especially bread made without yeast.)
  • Bread with low gluten is best. Most healthy bread has low gluten. (Although not zero percent gluten)
  • There are many bread recipes. Most people do not bake their bread. Buying bread from a reliable source is essential. The best are small specialized bakeries that deliver organic whole-grain sourdough bread.
  • Sprouted bread is most recommended for everyone. Sprouting releases enzymes that break the grain shell. Sprouted bread has low gluten and is much easier to digest because enzymes start breaking the grain shell. (which is hard to digest)
  • Low-calorie bread is less dense and weighs less. Heavy bread makes you feel full faster.

Avoid eating white flour and yeast bread; it disturbs the gut flora balance.

Recommended beverages:

  • Water, tea (without sugar or milk), black coffee (without sugar or milk), and freshly squeezed juice. (Not too sweet.)
    • Drinking fresh juice might cause gas bloating. It is inevitable and part of the recovery process.

Due to intestinal wall damage, appropriate discipline in eating and drinking is required.

  • Until symptoms are significantly improved, the list of food and beverages not recommended is pretty long, but that should not surprise anyone.
  • Eating mainly cooked, soft, warm, and moist food is recommended. (Easier to digest)
  • The additional nutrients that the body needs for recovery will come from drinking natural, fresh-squeezed juices.
  • Eat creamy soups with natural oils (grease the intestinal walls), such as fresh chicken broth with cooked and tender vegetables or water-based porridge and goat's milk.

Food and beverages are not recommended. Minimize consumption.

  • All Processed food, smoked food, preservatives, and canned food. (Huge category.)
  • Soft drinks of all kinds, including diet beverages.
  • Plain sugars and high glycemic starches. (Such as white flour products, potatoes, white bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
  • Eating high doses of sweet fruits. (Especially grapes and watermelon containing mainly glucose.) Sugars can create an imbalance in gut flora.
  • Trans-fats (found in many industrialized products) like Margarine are very harmful.
  • Yeast bread. (Sourdough bread is much better.)
  • Avoid eating bread made with white flour.
  • Dairy products are unsuitable for chronic liver patients as they contain sugar (lactose) and too many proteins. Besides, they create an acidic environment in the intestines.
    • Goat's milk or yogurt is much better. (Limited quantities.)
  • High gluten content products. (Gluten protein is found in most cereals. Gluten tends to adhere to intestinal walls and will probably aggravate symptoms.)
  • Reduce meat & poultry consumption by 50% or more. (Meat & poultry are hard to digest; they create a high acidity environment in the intestines.)
  • Leafy greens. (Until significant relief in symptoms. They tend to stick to the inflamed intestinal walls.)
  • Spicy hot foods are usually beneficial, but they may cause symptoms to worsen. (Due to the Herxheimer effect, dead pathogens release toxins & gas.)
  • Eating large amounts of carbohydrates and animal proteins is not recommended. (Especially meat or dairy products with potatoes or other high glycemic starches.)

Recommended eating habits.

It is advisable to eat two main meals a day plus snacks (for those who need them). Dinner should be easy to digest and early, maximum up to 7 in the evening, because most tissue regeneration occurs during sleep. The digestive system needs constant rehabilitation; prolonged breaks between meals are preferable to continuous eating.

  • Minimize eating away from home, preferably taking home food to work and not buying outside.
  • Prepared food deliveries are a terrible alternative! It is processed and industrialized food at the most harmful levels possible.
  • Chew well, take a break, and eat comfortably.
  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Fresh vegetables should be sprinkled with olive oil or other oils such as hemp or flaxseed.
  • Add a little fat with a higher melting temperature, such as coconut oil or Ghee butter, boiled or baked starches, or vegetables. (Although they are saturated fats.)
  • Especially after a meal that includes animal protein (more difficult to digest), taking a short 20-30 minute walk at moderate speed is recommended. Walking helps the digestive processes.

We eat with all senses; filling the plate with various vegetables with oils and spices is desirable. (Including aromatic salt.)

Freshly squeezed juice - the best natural remedy.

The ultimate liver and kidney detoxification is explained. (Critical)

Recommended links: | Juicing principles | Coffee enemas | Liver & Gallbladder flush |

The liver and kidneys fill a long list of critical metabolic processes. A burden on one creates a burden on the other, so it is necessary to address both.

Liver detoxification: Freshly squeezed juices, coffee enemas, Liver flush.

  • Why is combining freshly squeezed juice with liver and gallbladder flushes and coffee enemas powerful?
  • Fresh juice supplies the body with all the needed nutrients, such as vitamins, enzymes, electrolytes, and antioxidants. It elevates the body's energy and helps the liver to produce more bile.
  • Liver flushes (especially when adding apple cider vinegar) can dissolve and remove solidified bile stones resulting from high toxicity levels.
  • Coffee enemas are much more effective when the bile ducts are not blocked. (Because the movement inside the liver is through the bile ducts.)
  • Coffee enemas have an almost immediate effect on the liver and intestines. When the body has lower toxicity levels, the body's energy will improve significantly. Therefore, the immune system can fight all pathogens much more effectively.

Liver disease patients with a stent implanted in their liver - Cannot perform coffee enemas and liver flushes.

Cleansing the liver & kidneys article link: Liver and Gallbladder Flush Instructions, Benefits, and Risks.

Exercise and massage, Controlled Solar-baths, Acupuncture, and Food supplements.

Link: Additional anti-inflammatory therapies.

  • Regular exercise is essential because the lymphatic fluid (3 times the amount of blood in our body) is a significant part of the immune system, unable to function without the body's movement.
  • The sun has extraordinary healing properties. Sun is not the cause of skin cancer, and moderate controlled exposure has beneficial effects, especially for many systems in the body, including the immune system.
  • Acupuncture does not involve any side effects and has exceptional properties when combined with a comprehensive treatment.
  • One should always prefer good quality food & beverages with a high nutritional value over supplements. However, one might need a few (though not many) carefully selected supplements during the recovery process.
  • Since the liver and kidneys complement one another in many metabolic processes, cleansing the kidneys is essential by flushing them. (Usually without significant side effects.)

Additional recommendations for liver disease patients with extensive liver damage.

  • Liver patients should follow the mental and physical treatments at their own pace.
  • Treating liver disease requires a lot of patience. Love and support are critical.
  • Liver disease patients have to adopt as relaxed a lifestyle as possible.
  • The Qi energy of liver patients is deficient. Hence, it is essential to understand how to elevate and control Qi energy.
  • Patients with liver and kidney disease need to maintain a strict diet than other patients.
  • Listen to your body. You can slow down in pain or extreme fatigue, but do not stop the process.
  • Try to avoid painkillers. They all contain toxins. The organ that has to detoxify them is the liver, and you do not want to overload it.
  • I recommend intermittent fasting. But not with zero calories!
  • Please do not ask the patient how long it takes to get cured. It is an annoying question!

Patients with viral hepatitis face the decision to start antiviral therapy. (Especially patients with a high viral load.)

  • If you consider taking the antiviral treatment, I recommend lowering the viral load through self-healing medicine. The risk of liver obstruction is much lower.
  • It is essential to understand that neutralizing the hepatitis virus does not repair the cumulative damage caused over the years.

How do I know I am making progress?

  • Unfortunately, liver patients might have a lengthy recovery period with many ups and downs.
  • Blood tests might fluctuate, eventually showing constant improvement, but the changes are prolonged.
  • The images of what can come from your body will emphasize the importance of cleansing the liver & kidneys.
  • The body's energy will improve in the long run, and many symptoms will disappear.
  • The appearance will improve in all aspects. (Skin, nails, gums, teeth, hair.)

Why does it take a long time to recover?

  • Patients with chronic liver diseases must empty their livers of everything, blocking blood, bile circulation, and Qi flow. (This process might take a few years.)

Hope gives incredible power to fight until complete recovery.

  • My quality of life was terrible. Sometimes I wished to die. But when I understood that full recovery was possible, hope gave me the strength to continue the daily struggle.
  • Self-healing is very difficult for liver patients. It takes a long time and demands mental strength, persistence, courage (to face all objections from my environment), and determination. Sometimes, it looks impossible and endless, but hope gives extraordinary powers to endure.

Summary, conclusions, and recommendations.

General.

  • Regardless of the various causes, all chronic liver diseases produce massive liver cell damage. (Thus, it can be treated with the same self-healing principles.)
  • The liver can regenerate entirely as long as 25% of the tissue remains. (Chronic liver patients often pass the no-return point of spontaneous liver regeneration.)

Alcohol Withdrawal - A separate article. (Different approach than usual.)

Link: Alcoholic Beverages Addiction Withdrawal Methodology.

  • Alcohol addiction not only manifests itself in certain addictive chemicals but also, mainly, as a psycho-energetic phenomenon.
  • Alcoholic liver disease is a widespread phenomenon, especially among young people. The main difficulty is alcohol rehab, so I dedicated a separate article to this topic.

Recovery from alcoholic liver disease is divided into three parts.

  1. Cessation of drinking habits - an essential requirement for recovery.
  2. Adapting to new lifestyle habits and a healthy diet.
  3. Restoring the cumulative damage to the liver. (A long and challenging process, but possible.)

Chronic liver patients who pass the no-return point for liver regeneration have these two main options.

  1. Liver transplantation is a complicated surgery and entails many risks. It is also costly. (Sometimes not affordable or not accessible.)
  2. Self-healing medicine that will unblock the liver & kidneys and initiate the liver's regeneration. (Very long and complicated process.)

Chronic hepatitis viruses & autoimmune liver diseases, underlying causes. (Compromised immune system)

  • Unhealthy lifestyle combined with anxiety & traumatic Non-resolved events from the past.
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they cannot eliminate the disease's causes.

Prolonged use of medications and supplements. (Including herbal supplements.)

  • Taking analgesics for relatively short periods is sometimes necessary when the pain does not allow proper functioning.
  • Painkillers cannot cure the disease but only moderate the symptoms, so the aim is to minimize their use to the minimum possible.
  • Prolonged use of most drugs, especially non-herbal drugs, has side effects (sometimes intolerable) and cumulative damage to the body that comes out of balance.
  • The use of dietary supplements is excessive and sometimes even harmful. A balanced and appropriate diet with naturally fermented products (or live probiotics) and controlled exposure to the sun are recommended to minimize dietary supplements for those who are not vegan.

Economic aspects.

  • The economic burden of doctors, drugs, and treatments is often remarkably high. (In my case, the expenditure was exceptionally high.)
  • Despite the enormous expenditure on food and juices, the savings on medicines and doctors, not to mention the suffering and low quality of life, make self-healing incredibly economical in the long run.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

How to get started with self-healing therapies?

  • Following the principles & guidelines of self-healing medicine will cure the entire body mentally and physically.
  • The main drawback of self-healing is the need for changes in lifestyle & habits. The transformation is enormous in every aspect.
  • After symptoms improve, continuing the properly controlled lifestyle and diet is essential.

Frequently asked questions and answers:
What does it mean to be a chronically ill liver patient who has passed the point of no return?
Chronic liver patients who have passed the point of no return are in constant deterioration. (sometimes without their knowledge) means that without special measures, the liver cannot spontaneously renew itself.
Why is it very complicated to treat chronic liver diseases?
The liver is a large and complex organ that tends to get clogged due to the crystallization of bile fluid. The liver is not a sterile organ and cannot be effectively treated with drugs.
What are the options for those who have passed the point of no liver return?
There is the possibility of a liver transplant (complex, dangerous, and expensive surgery) and the option of (prolonged) treatment using the self-healing method.
Why is it essential to emphasize that the liver does not have pain-sensing?
The fact that the liver is not pain-sensitive causes patients with chronic liver diseases to lose an essential alert tool. When patients with chronic liver diseases become symptomatic, their condition is often severe.
Why, unlike the success of cardiac catheterization, is liver catheterization much less successful?
Heart catheterization is carried out through large arteries in which sterile blood flows. Penetration into the bile ducts is a much more complex surgical procedure; the bile ducts are most often blocked by crystallized bile fluid. The liver is not sterile, and stents can cause local infections.
Why is liver function a critical measure of immune system strength?
The liver performs about 500 critical metabolic functions, including the synthesis of proteins and essential fats, the filtration of toxins, the production of hormones and enzymes, the production of cholesterol, and the absorption of vitamins. Without good liver function, the immune system is significantly weakened. Uncontrollable inflammations are a sign of poor liver function.

A more detailed explanation:
1. The most suitable answer is answer number 1.
The treatment of chronic liver disease is very challenging. It is usually a prolonged treatment incorporating body, mind, and spirit. Chronic liver patients need nutritional discipline and an exceptionally healthy lifestyle. The mental-energetic dimension is critically essential.
