Recovery from MS or ALS is achievable using self-healing medicine. Although not similar, both can be treated with the same self-healing methods.

Multiple Sclerosis. (MS) & Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. (ALS)

"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

Confucius (551 BC – 479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. By Simran Khurana (Updated March 18, 2017)

This article describes the self-healing approach to recovery from two autoimmune diseases, MS and ALS, which are particularly difficult to cure. The emphasis in the method is a combination of body, mind, and spirit for the continuous strengthening of the immune system while releasing unresolved traumas in the energy center associated with the brain.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. (ALS) - Introduction and brainstorming.

Multiple sclerosis. (MS)

Link: Multiple sclerosis. (Wikipedia)

General.

  • MS is an autoimmune chronic nervous system disease that impairs the nerve cells' normal functioning in the central nervous system by damaging and reducing myelin. Myelin is a fatty substance that isolates the nerve fibers (axons), thus allowing the uninterrupted transmission of electrical currents between nerve cells.
  • Multiple sclerosis is divided into four types, each with a different behavior pattern and manifesting in various symptoms. Patients usually suffer from numerous forms of the disease, sometimes simultaneously.

MS prevalence.

  • The number of women affected by multiple sclerosis is twice as high as that of men. (Much like many autoimmune diseases.)
  • The disease development usually occurs between the ages of 20 and 40. (The peak of woman's fertility.)
  • There is a significant variation between different countries. In rich countries, the disease is much higher than in developing countries. The disease is more common in countries located in the northern half of the earth (Europe and North America).
  • Direct relatives (mainly descendants) of an MS patient have about a 3% chance of getting the disease. However, it is not a hereditary disease but a genetic predisposition.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. (ALS)

Renowned physicist Stephen Hawking was diagnosed with ALS at age 21 and dealt with the disease for an exceptional five decades.

Link: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. (Wikipedia)

  • ALS is a severe autoimmune disease whose symptoms manifest in the degeneration of motor nerves in the body. A condition that usually results in the patient's death from the disease.
  • Lou Gehrig's disease, named after the baseball player who suffered from it in the 1930s, or Motor Neuron Disease (MND, sometimes called muscular dystrophy), is a degenerative autoimmune disease affecting the central and peripheral nervous system cells associated with movement.
  • About 10% of patients with the disease are characterized by familial ALS (FALS-familial ALS), defined as when family members (siblings, parents, and offspring) experience an outbreak. Chromosome 21 mutations in the region encoding the superoxide dismutase one protein (1 SOD1 - superoxide dismutase) are linked to about 20% of cases of familial ALS or 2% of all patients with ALS.
  • In 95% of cases, there is no family history of the disease.
  • Most people who develop ALS are between 40 and 70, with an average age of 55 at diagnosis.
  • ALS is 20 percent more common in men than in women. However, with increasing age, the incidence of ALS is more equal between men and women.

Self-healing is like Performing miracles. Every human being has this capability—It just needs to be revealed.

Multiple Sclerosis. (MS) & Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. (ALS)

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) short brainstorming.

MS and ALS patients are treated with the misconception that these are incurable diseases.

  • Therefore, treatment is only symptomatic and does not attempt to improve the patient's recovery. Symptomatic treatments perpetuate the patient's dependence on medication for the rest of their life without trying different approaches!
  • The body never works at random. There are over 80 autoimmune diseases, some of which damage the brain. Of course, the main question is, why does the disease erupt in the brain stem & spinal cord? The simple answer to this complex issue is that diseases break out in the human body's weakest energy.

The key to recovery from autoimmune diseases, especially MS and ALS, is contingent upon a deep understanding of the disease's causes.

  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.
  • The self-healing method's principles of combining body, mind & spirit allow the body to independently rehabilitate the immune system, thereby initiating recovery from any acquired chronic illness, including MS and ALS.
  • The treatment of ALS requires more diverse means, partly because the disease usually onsets at older ages. The self-healing therapy for the two diseases itself incorporates similar principles.
  • This article presents a different treatment approach and recovery from MS or ALS based on self-healing principles.

The current drug therapy cannot bring about a recovery from MS or ALS.

In both cases, the causes of the disease are unclear, so treatment in the first place is not intended to cure the disease but only to deal with complications and treat the severe symptoms of the disease.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

MS or ALS patients often have unresolved mental traumas.

Recommended link: Kübler-Ross model – Explains the behavior of personal loss.

  • MS or ALS (especially at young ages) has a far-reaching impact on life, so I do not doubt this is a personal loss and grief.
  • MS patients are usually not life-threatening; the Kubler-Ross model is relevant only without the bargaining stage. (Reserved only for patients whose lives are in danger.)
  • ALS is a life-threatening disease; thus, the five stages of the Kubler-Ross model are relevant to all patients.
  • An illness that does not seem to have any cure may often cause a patient depression. (The fourth stage in the Kubler-Ross model is depression.)
  • If you offer people (especially young people with a future ahead) a chance at recovery, they will be prepared to do things they cannot believe are feasible. The explanation is that hope with a chance of success produces powerful life-force energy. Without faith and hope for recovery, the patients are busy with survival.
  • It is highly recommended to watch videos of people recovering from similar situations. It strengthens and encourages and shows that recovery is possible.

This article will convince readers that MS and ALS can be cured.

Is there scientific proof we can heal ourselves? | Lissa Rankin, MD | TEDxAmericanRiviera.

It is safe to say MS or ALS is not an incurable disease.

The fact that conventional medicine cannot cure the disease does not indicate that MS or ALS is not curable. Conventional medicine lacks a critical dimension to recovery. (Life-force energy.)

  • Except for pure genetic diseases, all chronic diseases that are acquired (such as MS or ALS), including those with an inborn tendency, are illnesses that can be cured. There is no such thing as a chronic, acquired (non-genetic) incurable disease.
  • Most autoimmune disease patients experience periods of remission. MS or ALS patients likely have such periods but are often unaware because they regularly take the medication!
  • If you look for recovery stories from particularly severe illnesses, you will find many precedents for patients who have recovered from autoimmune diseases. There is no reason to think that MS or ALS differs from psoriasis. (For illustration only.)
  • Not long ago, scientists of the human brain thought it could not replenish neurons (Neurogenesis), but now it turns out everyone was wrong! This ability exists and is significant. Therefore, one must not raise hands and surrender.
  • Suppose you watch videos on YouTube of patients who have recovered from severe and seemingly impossible-to-recover illnesses (including severe cancer patients). In that case, you will find that these are decisive and determined patients to fight, who have found the way to self-healing. (Without naming it.)
  • I have left a few percent of liver function due to chronic hepatitis C. Who would look at my gallery with photos of giant worms 15-17 cm long in my digestive and liver system will wonder how I survived the impossible.

Recovery is possible from any acquired health condition; it takes time, effort, determination, and perseverance.

MS or ALS outbreak underlying mental-energetic causes short analysis, using Chakras (energy centers) method.

The (unconventional) perception of the human body as a dual, physical, and energetic entity is essential to recovery.

Link: Long-term immunodeficiency illnesses — Allergies, Chronic inflammations, Cancer, and Autoimmune.

When it comes to autoimmune disease at a very young age, the leading cause is mental trauma. (Suppressed into the subconscious. The outcome is life-force blockage in the corresponding energy channel- Merdian- Chakra. )

  • Conventional medicine lacks an essential dimension in the deep understanding of MS & ALS. (The life-force energy.)

"To live is to have Qi in every part of your body." To die is to be a body without Qi. For the health to be maintained, there must be a balance of Qi."

  • By nature, we are focused on the disease we suffer from. Still, it is essential to discover the mechanism common to all Non-genetic Long-term immune failure diseases for understanding and healing.
  • Understanding the entire process will help us recover from the illness we are suffering from, improve our health, and prevent future diseases.

The location of the symptoms and the severity are not accidental. (This analysis is simplistic but thought-provoking.)

  • Link: Chakra (Wikipedia) Note: A simple search will provide more detailed diagrams with elaborated information. (Recommended)

The 7 Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

The 7 Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

General and Introduction -  The concept of energy centers. (Chakras)

Only Traumatic, Non-resolved mental and spiritual events from our past can block the life-force energy. (Traumatic resolved mental & spiritual events do not block the energy centers.)

  • These principles come from traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) and Chinese medicine, balancing the body. Western medicine completely ignores the human body's energetic being and misses an opportunity to understand chronic disease formation deeply.
  • Diseases break out where life-force energy does not flow smoothly.
  • When discussing stress and anxiety as significant causes of chronic morbidity, deepening and labeling the traumatic emotions to release them consciously is necessary.

Common to all autoimmune diseases (MS and ALS included.)

  • The thymus gland is of great importance in understanding autoimmune diseases. The maturation of T blood cells is the one that enables self and no-self-recognition. The thymus gland belongs to the energetic dimension of the fourth center (Heart Chakra), whose driving force is Love, Relationships, and self-acceptance.

Short analysis concerning MS.

  • According to another map, the relevant centers (Brain and spinal cord and Brain stem.) are 6-7. The traumatic emotions are probably related to intuition, imagination, wisdom, thinking ability, and decisions. Our connection to spirituality. (Only the patient themself can interpret the traumatic events.)

Multiple sclerosis. (MS)

  • The distribution of working-age MS patients, especially in rich countries and distinctly women (young), may suggest trauma related to personal aspirations or unfulfilled work ambition. (Probably in developing countries, people have fewer unfulfilled aspirations!)

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. (ALS)

  • In addition to blockages in chakras 6-7, similar to MS patients, ALS patients probably have blockages in the third chakra. (Solar plexus) The traumatic emotions are likely related to personal power and the ability to channel. (self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence)
  • Sport is not the cause of ALS; the possible factor corresponding to blocked energy centers 6-7 is a highly competitive character typical of competitive athletes. Disappointment that is not adequately internalized can result in a blockage specific to ALS patients.

My example is too simplistic but illustrates the idea and encourages self-searching.

  • The symptomatic organ should be adjusted to its energy center; the traumatic emotions that block the specific energy center must be identified and released.
  • You should consider assisting a certified hypnotist if the result cannot be reached through an internal search.
  • The right side is the male at the energetic level, while the left is related to the female and the offspring. Therefore, trauma with the mother or a brother, for example, will be expressed in different locations!

The severity of symptoms.

  • The intensity of the symptoms is related to the body's general energy (in the central energy channel) and the brain's energy level.

MS and ALS's fundamental underlying causes. (Body, Mind, and Spirit.)

Pathogens in cases of an autoimmune disease outbreak. (MS or ALS.) They are not the fundamental cause of both diseases.

  • In chronic diseases, pathogens are not the cause but are only catalysts for further deterioration. The fundamental cause is always a weak immune system.
  • You will often find mention that the patient suffered from viral infections before the onset of autoimmune disease. The facts are probably correct; the context seems different to me. Autoimmune diseases indicate a weak immune system, with the weak body easily attacked. In these cases, the viruses are not the cause of the disease but only catalysts and triggers.

Lifestyle vs. Genetics.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical)  is the leading cause of MS or ALS. (80% or more). Genetics explains only a small part of the failures. (20% or less.)

Age factor (Unhealthy physical lifestyle) vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30-40 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of the unhealthy lifestyle is lower than unresolved mental traumas. The explanation is that the process of cell aging and death is cumulative, while unresolved traumatic events have an immediate and cumulative effect.

Physical Body.

An unhealthy lifestyle reflected in Improper nutrition, high body toxicity, low physical activities, and exposure to the sun, lack of sleep manifests itself in:

  • Poor flow of body fluids. (Blood, lymph, bile.)
  • Gut flora imbalance and parasite overgrowth cause a heavy load on the immune system.

Mind and Spirit.

Happiness, Love, Satisfaction, and other positive emotions charge life-force energy.

Anxiety, stress, disappointment, hate, fear, guilt, envy, and negative emotions deplete the life-force energy.

  • Traumatic Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past (usually subconscious) can cause low life-force energy flow. (Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

The combined effect of body, mind, and spirit.

  • A long list of symptoms. (Physical & Mental.)

Prognosis.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

MS or ALS requires, first of all, the rehabilitation of the immune system. (Body, mind, and spirit)

ALS patients may require more prolonged and rigorous treatment than MS patients.

Link: Preparations before starting self-healing therapies.

How should the recovery process run?

  • Before starting treatment, it is essential to read the philosophical chapter carefully. (Philosophy of medicine). It is imperative to understand and accept the fundamental principles.
  • Self-healing is based on a combination of all the factors I listed. After two or three months of self-healing principles, the beginning of change is felt.

Symptomatic treatments during the recovery period.

  • Drug treatment is sometimes bound by reality; it is essential to minimize it. Medications disrupt the body's balance mechanisms and usually delay the recovery process.

Rehabilitation of the immune system requires simultaneously integrating all the influencing factors:

  1. A very diverse and balanced diet of natural, unprocessed foods.
  2. Maintaining an incredibly healthy lifestyle. (Goodnight Sleep, controlled sun exposure, and regular exercise.)
  3. Release traumas from the past through the subconscious and conscious transmission. (No need to forget.)
  4. Cleaning the body's filters (liver and kidneys) dramatically boosts the immune system.
  5. Assistive treatments include massage (very relaxing) and acupuncture, which have excellent effects. (Even in type 1 diabetes.)

The main difficulty in self-healing is extreme self-discipline.

Good liver function is essential for regenerating the brain cells destroyed.

  • Restoration and renewal of destroyed skin cells require protein synthesis. The liver is the organ that performs most of the synthesis; therefore, its normal functioning is especially essential for the success of the process.
  • Regular cleansing of the liver and kidneys is essential for the success of the process.

Nutritional recommendations for MS and ALS patients.

Recommended link: "The balanced, varied diet" is the most suitable anti-inflammatory diet.

Not many MS & ALS patients have a healthy diet & eating habits, even though many believe they are eating healthy.

Introduction.

  • Fats, protein, carbohydrates & natural sugars are needed; it is wrong to deny completely one of the macronutrients.
  • The need for various foods (mainly from plants) allows the body to get all the nutrients (enzymes, minerals, electrolytes, dietary fiber, antioxidants) through food and drinks. High-quality and varied foods and sun-controlled exposure almost eliminate the need for sometimes harmful supplements and absorb less than quality food.

MS and ALS patients may suffer from severe farting.

  • Imbalances in intestinal flora often manifested themselves in farting. Farting during the recovery period is often a positive sign! (Contrary to what is commonly thought) they reflect attempts by good bacteria to control the parasites. (Dead parasites release gas.)
  • Taking control of the good bacteria over the parasites is usually accompanied by much farting. This process can take several months. There is no need to panic and see the recommended diet as if it failed. On the contrary!

Recommended food:

  1. Start your morning by drinking one cup of squeezed lemon juice with lukewarm water. (It is even better if you add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon of olive oil.)
  2. Vegetables, seeds, sprouts, roots, nuts, legumes, beans, lentils, mushrooms, fruits, and berries.
  3. Moist low-medium glycemic index starches such as rice, sweet potato, taro root, and spelled quinoa. (You better add a teaspoon of coconut oil, ghee-purified butter, or other natural oils for better absorption.)
  4. Organic range-free eggs (especially egg yolk) are excellent emulsifiers due to their high lecithin content. (Good quality egg yolk has an orange color.)
    1. Egg yolk is rich in vitamin D3.
  5. Eat wild deep-sea fish 2-to 3  a week. (They are less contaminated and also have a high omega-3 content.)
    • Fish is easy to digest and does not create a very acidic environment in the intestines.
  6. Berries are among the most potent antioxidants – combined with fruit, goat yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts. (Yogurt, like all probiotics, may cause gas bloating. It is usually a good sign.)
  7. The liver, in particular, benefits from all-natural bitter foods. (Such as grapefruit and dark chocolate.)
  8. Dietary fiber (found only in plant-based diets) is essential for gut recovery. It might cause a reaction like gas bloating. (Fiber helps to feed the good bacteria.)
  9. Fermented products with natural live bacteria, such as goat yogurt or natural kombucha, are essential for good health.
  10. Consuming high-quality fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, Ghee (purified butter), and coconut oil, together with fiber, helps lubricate the lining of the intestinal walls. It is essential to replenish the good bacteria and help regenerate intestinal wall tissue.
  11. Regular eating of bone marrow (possibly in soup) is especially recommended.
  12. Consuming Iodine regularly (for proper thyroid function) is essential. (The easiest way is by consuming Himalayan pink salt.)
  13. Consuming sulfurous foods such as avocado, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale is recommended to strengthen the immune system.

Which bread is the healthiest? (Sprouted bread, rye, spelled, or whole flour sourdough bread.)

  • Healthy bread is dense and tends to be massive. (Especially bread made without yeast.)
  • Bread with low gluten is best. Most healthy bread has low gluten. (Although not zero percent gluten)
  • There are many bread recipes. Most people do not bake their bread. Buying bread from a reliable source is essential. The best are small specialized bakeries that deliver organic whole-grain sourdough bread.
  • Sprouted bread is most recommended for everyone. Sprouting releases enzymes that break the grain shell. Sprouted bread has low gluten and is much easier to digest because enzymes start breaking the grain shell. (which is hard to digest)
  • Low-calorie bread is less dense and weighs less. Heavy bread makes you feel full faster.

Minimize eating white flour & yeast bread; it disturbs the gut flora balance.

Recommended beverages:

  • Water, tea (without sugar or milk), black coffee (without sugar or milk), and freshly squeezed juice. (Not too sweet.)
    • Drinking fresh juice may cause gas bloating. It is inevitable and part of the recovery process.

Due to intestinal wall damage, appropriate discipline in eating and drinking is required.

  • Until there is a significant improvement in symptoms, the list of food and beverages not recommended is quite long, but that should not surprise anyone.
  • Eating mainly cooked, soft, warm, and moist food is recommended. (Easier to digest)
  • The additional nutrients that the body needs for recovery will come from drinking natural, fresh-squeezed juices.

Food and beverages are not recommended. Minimize consumption.

  • All Processed food, smoked food, preservatives, and canned food. (Huge category.)
  • Soft drinks of all kinds, including diet beverages.
  • Plain sugars and high glycemic starches. (Such as white flour products, potatoes, white bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
  • Eating high doses of sweet fruits. (Especially grapes and watermelon containing mainly glucose.) Sugars can create an imbalance in gut flora.
  • Trans-fats (found in many industrialized products) like Margarine are very harmful.
  • Yeast bread. (Sourdough bread is much better.)
  • Dairy products are unsuitable for Fibromyalgia patients as they are loaded with sugar (lactose) and too many proteins. Besides, they create an acidic environment in the intestines.
    • Goat's milk or yogurt is much better. (Limited quantities.)
  • High gluten content products. (Gluten protein is found in most cereals. Gluten tends to adhere to intestinal walls and will probably aggravate symptoms.)
  • Reduce meat and poultry consumption by 50% or more. (Meat & poultry are hard to digest; they create a high acidity environment in the intestines.)
  • Leafy greens. (Until significant relief in symptoms. They tend to stick to the inflamed intestinal walls.)
  • Spicy hot foods are usually beneficial, but they may cause symptoms to worsen. (Due to the Herxheimer effect, dead pathogens release toxins & gas.)
  • Eating large amounts of carbohydrates and animal proteins is not recommended. (Especially meat or dairy products with potatoes or other high glycemic starches.)

Recommended eating habits.

It is advisable to eat two main meals a day plus snacks (for those who need them). Dinner should be easy to digest and early, maximum up to 7 in the evening, because most tissue regeneration occurs during sleep. The digestive system needs constant rehabilitation; prolonged breaks between meals are preferable to continuous eating.

  • Minimize eating away from home, preferably taking home food to work and not buying outside.
  • Prepared food deliveries are a terrible alternative! It is processed and industrialized food at the most harmful levels possible.
  • Chew well, take a break, and eat comfortably.
  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Fresh vegetables should be sprinkled with olive oil or other oils such as hemp or flaxseed.
  • Add a little fat with a higher melting temperature, such as coconut oil or Ghee butter, boiled or baked starches, or vegetables. (Although they are saturated fats.)
  • Especially after a meal that includes animal protein (more difficult to digest), taking a short 20-30 minute walk at moderate speed is recommended. Walking helps the digestive processes.

We eat with all senses; filling the plate with various vegetables with oils & spices is desirable. (Including aromatic salt.)

Recommended natural therapies for MS or ALS patients.

Listed below are the fundamental requirements for regenerating neurons in the nervous system. (Neurogenesis.)

Mental and Spiritual Empowerment - Critical.

Link: Mental and Spiritual Empowerment.

  • Love and emotional support (not just logistical), knowing that having someone with you has immense meaning in these difficult moments. With love and support, hope strengthens the energy of life and dramatically improves recovery chances.
  • Hypnosis. (Authorized only) Traumatic events are often kept subconscious and complex to locate on our own. Hypnotherapy requires patient collaboration. I needed many hypnosis-like sessions. In my opinion, most MS or ALS patients will need several treatments to achieve the desired results.
  • Releasing tension and spiritual calm. (Such as yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi )
  • Acupuncture. Excellent benefits without any side effects. Acupuncture does begin as a physical act, but it is essentially an energetic action aimed at opening energetic blockages along the body's energy channels. (Meridians) Successful acupuncture can be painful; the pain usually indicates effective treatment. (The pain stems from energy flow in a blocked life-force energy channel!)
  • Controlled Solar-baths. (Essential for proper physiology and charges the life-force energy.) Fear of contracting skin cancer and working indoors for many hours has created a situation where many people, even in sunny countries, are deficient in vitamin D. The sun soothes the mind and improves the mood!

Coffee and baking soda enemas are beneficial. (Mechanical detoxification is critical)

Coffee and baking soda enemas are beneficial. (Mechanical detoxification is critical)

A drastic reduction of exposure of the body and, especially, the brain to inflammations. (Critical)

Link: The balanced-varied diet is the most suitable anti-inflammatory diet.

  • Eating and drinking a large, balanced variety of unprocessed food and beverages helps initiate the body's natural regeneration process.
  • Mechanical Detoxification. (By unblocking and cleansing the liver & kidneys.)
  • Exercise and massage to improve blood & lymphatic circulation. Regular exercise is essential for moving lymph fluid, the second line of body defense.
  • Hydrotherapy has many benefits that come from the high resistance of water.
  • Food supplements and antioxidants (as little as possible) restore the body's balance and deficiencies.
  • Electrical stimulation of muscles - A common technique among athletes to rehabilitate muscle functions. A similar approach is applied to acupuncture.

Summary, conclusions, and recommendations.

General.

  • MS or ALS has a far-reaching impact on life, so I do not doubt this is a personal loss and grief.
  • MS & ALS are not incurable diseases; improving patients' quality of life is possible; initiative and courage are required not to follow conventional medicine. The payoff is immense in every sense.

In both cases, the causes of the disease are unclear to conventional medicine.

  • Treatment, in the first place, is not intended to cure the disease but only to deal with complications and treat the disease's severe symptoms.
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

There is no such thing as an acquired chronic, incurable disease.

  • All chronic diseases acquired, including those with an inborn tendency, are illnesses that can be cured except for pure genetic diseases. There is no such thing as an acquired chronic, incurable disease.
  • Patients with MS or ALS are treated with a perception that will perpetuate their condition and require them to depend on family or friends for their entire life without thinking of another creative solution.
  • The fact that conventional medicine cannot cure the disease does not indicate that MS or ALS is not curable. Conventional medicine lacks a critical dimension to recovery. (Life-force energy.)
  • The progression of the disease is individual; in many cases, there is prolonged remission!

MS and ALS underlying causes.

  • When it comes to autoimmune disease at a young age, the leading cause is mental trauma. (Suppressed into the subconscious. The outcome is life-force blockage in the corresponding energy channel- Merdian- Chakra. )
  • An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical)  is the leading cause of MS or ALS. (80% or more). Genetics explains only a small part of the failures. (20% or less.)

The age factor - An unhealthy physical lifestyle vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • As with all autoimmune diseases, as the disease erupts at a younger age (30-35 years and below), the likelihood of mental trauma as the leading cause of the disease increases, and vice versa.

Multiple sclerosis. (MS) Energetic analysis.

(ALS)

  • Sport is not the cause of ALS; the possible factor corresponding to blocked energy centers 6-7 is a highly competitive character typical of competitive athletes. Disappointment not adequately internalized can result in a blockage specific to ALS patients.

This article presents a different treatment approach and recovery from MS and ALS based on self-healing principles.

  • Rehabilitation of the immune system and initiating the neurogenesis requires simultaneously integrating all the influencing factors:
    • Mental & Spiritual Enhancement. (Often underestimated.)
    • Regular practice of the brain. (Critical.)
    • Healthy Lifestyle and Eating Habits.
    • A drastic reduction of exposure of the body and, especially, the brain to inflammations.
      • A balanced and diverse diet provides all the ingredients needed to replenish brain cells.

Economic aspects.

  • The economic burden of doctors, drugs, and treatments is sometimes very high. (In my case, the expenditure was exceptionally high.)
  • Despite the significant expenditure on food and juices, the savings on medicines and doctors, not to mention the suffering and low quality of life, investing in self-healing is exceptionally economical in the long run.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

Recovery from MS or ALS is achievable. It requires willpower, perseverance, and determination. May God be with you—recommended link: Forum discussions about All autoimmune diseases.

I wish all patients that no one will ever recognize that there were MS or ALS patients.

Frequently asked questions and answers:
Is it possible to recover from MS & ALS autoimmune diseases?
If you search, you will find that there are extraordinary recovery stories, which all have in common - the self-healing ability we are all equipped with.
How would you explain the high incidence of MS in the United States, Canada, Western European countries, and Australia? Compared to a relatively low incidence in neighboring Mexico?
Multiple sclerosis is a disease in which women, at twice the rate of men, get the disease in the prime of their careers. (around the age of 40) The different distribution compared to undeveloped countries reinforces the claim that this disease has a distinct mental-energetic dimension related to competitiveness and mistakes, fulfilling one's destiny and self-esteem. (Energy Centers 4, 6) The more you look at the distribution maps (found on the Internet), the more you will realize that this is a phenomenon based on unresolved mental traumas in the subconscious.
Why is the thymus gland of great importance in understanding autoimmune diseases?
The maturation of T blood cells is the one that enables self and no-self-recognition. Love and support have a far-reaching effect on the thymus gland and are critical to recovery from MS and ALS.
Stephen Hawking, one of the best-known geniuses in physics, is one of the most well-known ALS patients.
For years ALS was perceived as a disease of very accomplished and competitive people. Stephen Hawking contracted ALS at a very young age, strengthening the claim that an unresolved trauma caused the disease.
Is stem cell therapy capable of bringing about recovery from ALS or MS?
Stem cells can differentiate into every cell in our body, so initially, there were hopes that stem cells would cure almost everything! In retrospect, it turned out that a trigger is needed to activate the stem cells, and they cannot operate without removing the damaged tissue. The use of stem cells is prohibited in most countries of the world. The use of stem cells has not proven effective at this stage for autoimmune diseases such as ALS or MS.
With all the innovations in medicine, why has there still been no cure for severe autoimmune diseases such as ALS and MS?
Autoimmune diseases have a distinct mental-energetic aspect. Western medicine does not attribute these qualities to the human body. Despite all the innovations in medicine, drugs cannot neutralize the causes of autoimmune diseases but only treat the symptoms of the disease — at the high cost of suppressing the immune system.

Natural Rehabilitation from MS and ALS by Self-Healing Medicine.
1. Why have clinical trials on embryonic stem cells (which can differentiate into every cell in our body) failed to cure MS and ALS?
Until a decade or two ago, embryonic stem cells were medicine's hope for curing a long list of degenerative diseases.

A more detailed explanation:
1. The most suitable answer is answer number 1.
The reason for stem cell failure in clinical trials is explained by stem cells needing an anti-inflammatory environment to work and enough energy (not calories) to activate their trigger.
