The key to recovery and skin rehabilitation from psoriasis is constantly strengthening the immune system, combining body, mind, and spirit.

Psoriasis.

"Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance."

Confucius (551 BC – 479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, and philosopher. By Simran Khurana (Updated March 18, 2017)

Psoriasis is a common autoimmune disease; it is not painful but has complications, side effects, and severe impairment of quality of life. This article presents a different conception from the conventional one for recovery from psoriasis by strengthening the immune system without pharmacological measures. A combination of body, mind, and spirit. This article presents a different approach to treatment and recovery from psoriasis based on self-healing principles.

Psoriasis - A short introduction and brainstorming.

Introduction.

  • Psoriasis is a prevalent autoimmune disease in both men and women. (Psoriasis is slightly more common in women than in men.)
    • Current estimates are that about 2%-3% (some even claim 4%) of the world's population suffers from psoriasis. About 125 million people worldwide, of whom about 8 million are in the United States.
    • In most autoimmune diseases, the ratio of women to men is much higher. (To the detriment of women.)
  • Although the disease manifests in the skin (varying degrees of severity, different locations, and forms), it is a long-term immune system disease. A condition in which the body attacks itself is not a routine.
  • Although the disease does not result in a patient's death, it causes them inhibitions, mental crises, and depression, leading to a sharp decline in their quality of life.

Psoriasis short brainstorming.

Are biologics able to cure psoriasis?

  • Biological drugs are designed to reduce the damage to healthy tissue, but they are drugs with side effects for prolonged use, which are not able to cure the disease but only relieve the symptoms.

Psoriasis patients are treated with a misconception that this is an incurable disease.

  • Therefore, treatment is only symptomatic and does not attempt to improve the patient's recovery. Symptomatic treatments perpetuate the patient's dependence on medication for the rest of their life without trying different approaches!
  • The body never works at random. There are over 80 autoimmune diseases, some of which damage the skin. Of course, the main question is why the disease erupts in the skin. The simple answer to this complex issue is that diseases break out in the human body's weakest energy.

The self-healing method's principles of combining body, mind & spirit allow the body to independently rehabilitate the immune system, thereby recovering from any acquired illness, including psoriasis.

  • Full recovery from psoriasis is achievable using self-healing medicine within 6-18 months, even after many years of suffering.
  • Since no single treatment or medication can cure psoriasis, it is recommended that you read the entire article.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

Self-Healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.

Psoriasis causes and common locations.

The psychological trauma of men or women who have psoriasis.

Recommended link: Kübler-Ross model – Explains the behavior of personal loss.

  • Psoriasis (especially at young ages) has a far-reaching impact on the course of life, so I do not doubt that this is a personal loss and grief.
    • Psoriasis is not life-threatening; the Kubler-Ross model is relevant to them, only without the bargaining stage. (Reserved only for patients whose lives are in danger.)
  • An illness that does not seem to have any cure may often cause a patient depression. (The fourth stage in the Kubler- Ross model is depression.)
  • If you offer people (especially young people with a future ahead) a chance of recovery, they will be prepared to do things they cannot believe are feasible. The explanation is that hope with a chance of success produces powerful life-force energy.

The current drug therapy (Including biologics) cannot bring about a complete recovery from psoriasis.

Psoriasis's treatment is primarily symptomatic and divided into external skin lesions and internal medicine designed to relieve inflammation.

  • External treatment includes tar, salicylic acid, vitamin D derivatives, and phototherapy. Internal therapy may consist of steroids or beta-blockers. Psoriasis treatment is also used with biological and non-biological systemic drugs.
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental & Physical)  is the leading cause of psoriasis. Unfortunately, there is no drug treatment capable of repairing an unhealthy lifestyle.

Why it is safe to say psoriasis is not an incurable disease?

The fact that conventional medicine cannot cure the disease does not indicate that type 1 diabetes is not curable. Conventional medicine lacks a critical dimension to recovery. (Life-force energy.)

  • Except for pure genetic diseases, all chronic diseases acquired, including those with an inborn tendency, are illnesses that can be cured. There is no such thing as a chronic, acquired, incurable disease.
  • Most autoimmune disease patients experience periods of remission. Even psoriasis has such periods.
  • If you look for recovery stories from severe illnesses, you will find many precedents for patients who have recovered from autoimmune diseases (Including psoriasis).
  • Not long ago, scientists of the human brain thought it could not replenish neurons (Neurogenesis), but now it turns out everyone was wrong! This ability exists and is significant. Therefore, one must not raise hands and surrender.
  • Suppose you watch videos on YouTube of patients who have recovered from severe and seemingly impossible-to-recover illnesses (including acute cancer patients). In that case, you will find that these are decisive and determined patients to fight, who have found the way to self-healing. (Without naming her.)
  • I have left a few percent of liver function due to chronic hepatitis C. Who would look at my gallery with photos of giant worms 15-17 cm long in my digestive and liver system will wonder how I survived the impossible.

The most straightforward answer is the belief that recovery is possible from any health condition; it is just a matter of time, effort, determination, and perseverance.

Psoriasis outbreak underlying mental-energetic causes short analysis.

Link: Allergies, Chronic inflammations, Cysts, Cancer, Autoimmune diseases, explained using the four phases of life model.

Regarding autoimmune disease, mental trauma is the leading cause, especially at a young age. (Suppressed into the subconscious. The outcome is life-force blockage in the corresponding energy channel- Merdian- Chakra. )

  • Conventional medicine lacks an essential dimension in the deep understanding of psoriasis. (The life-force energy.)
  • The (unconventional) perception of the human body as a dual, physical, and energetic entity is essential to achieving full recovery.
  • "To live is to have Qi in every part of your body." To die is to be a body without Qi. For the health to be maintained, there must be a balance of Qi."
    • By nature, we are focused on the disease we suffer from. Still, it is essential to discover the entire mechanism common to all Non-genetic Long-term immune failure diseases for understanding and healing.
    • Understanding the entire process will help us recover from the illness we are suffering from, improve our health, and prevent future diseases.

The location of the symptoms and the severity are not accidental. (This analysis is simplistic but thought-provoking.)

The 7 Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

The 7 Chakras (Energy Centers) and organs represent respective influential emotions. (The emotional settings I brought are slightly broader.)

General & Introduction -  The concept of energy centers. (Chakras)

Only Traumatic Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past can block the life-force energy. (Traumatic resolved mental & spiritual events do not block the energy centers.)

  • These principles come from traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) and Chinese medicine, balancing the body. Western medicine completely ignores the human body's energetic being and misses an opportunity for a deep understanding of chronic disease formation.
  • Diseases break out where life-force energy does not flow smoothly.
  • When discussing stress and anxiety as significant causes of chronic morbidity, it is necessary to deepen and label the traumatic emotions to release them consciously.

Common to all autoimmune diseases.

  • The thymus gland is of great importance in understanding autoimmune diseases. The maturation of T blood cells is the one that enables self and no-self-recognition. The thymus gland belongs to the energetic dimension of the fourth center (Heart Chakra), whose driving force is Love, Relationships & Self-Acceptance.

Mental-energetic analysis concerning psoriasis, using the Chakras (energy centers) method.

  • According to another map, the relevant centers (Skin & Thmus.) are 3-4. The corresponding traumatic emotions are probably related to wisdom, Personal Power, the ability to channel, Love, Relationships & Self-acceptance. (Only the patient themself can interpret the traumatic events.)

The example I have provided is too simplistic but illustrates the idea and encourages self-searching.

  • The symptomatic organ should be adjusted to its energy center; the traumatic emotions that block the specific energy center must be identified and released.
  • You should consider assisting a certified hypnotist if the result cannot be reached through an internal search.
  • Prolonged and severe multi-system diseases need to be restored according to the chronological order of symptoms.
  • The right side is the male at the energetic level, while the left is related to the female and the offspring. Therefore trauma with the mother or a brother, for example, will be expressed in different locations!

The severity of symptoms.

  • The symptoms' intensity is related to the body's general energy (in the central energy channel) and the specific organ or organs' energy level.

Psoriasis's underlying causes. (Body, Mind & Spirit.)

Pathogens in cases of an autoimmune disease outbreak. (Psoriasis.) They are not the fundamental cause of psoriasis.

  • In chronic diseases, pathogens are not a cause of the disease but only catalysts and further deterioration. The fundamental cause is always a weak immune system.
  • You will often find mention that the patient suffered from viral infections before the onset of autoimmune disease. The facts are probably correct; the context seems different to me. Autoimmune diseases indicate a weak immune system, with the weak body easily attacked. The viruses in these cases are not the cause of the disease but only catalysts and triggers.

Lifestyle vs. Genetics.

  • An unhealthy lifestyle (Mental & Physical)  is the leading cause of psoriasis. (80% or more). Genetics explains only a small part of the failures. (20% or less.)
  • One of the leading causes of psoriasis is - Traumatic, Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from the past. (Usually subconscious) It can cause low life-force energy flow. Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

Age factor (Unhealthy physical lifestyle) vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • The age factor - As symptoms onset at a younger age (30 years or less), it is more likely that the weight of unresolved mental traumas is higher than the unhealthy lifestyle. The explanation is that the process of cell aging and death is cumulative, while unresolved traumatic events have an immediate and cumulative effect. (Particularly prominent in autoimmune diseases.)

Physical Body.

An unhealthy lifestyle reflected in Improper nutrition, high body toxicity, low physical activities, and exposure to the sun, lack of sleep manifests itself in:

  • The low flow of body fluids. (Blood, lymph, bile.)
  • Gut flora imbalance and parasite overgrowth cause a heavy load on the immune system.

Mind & Spirit.

Happiness, Love, Satisfaction, and other positive emotions charge life-force energy.

Anxiety, stress, disappointment, hate, fear, guilt, envy, and negative emotions deplete the life-force energy.

  • Traumatic Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from our past (usually subconscious) can cause low life-force energy flow. (Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)

The combined effect of body, mind, and spirit.

  • A long list of symptoms. (Physical & Mental.)

Prognosis.

  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

If you seek doctors' advice, do not expect your doctor's support for self-healing medicine.

Link: Conventional Modern Medicine vs. Self-Healing (Alternative) Medicine.

Recommends everyone to delve into the principles of self-healing before deciding. And the differences between conventional medicine and self-healing medicine.

  • Deciding which way to choose is always the patient's decision; family and friends' support is vital.
  • Doctors don't like undermining their authority; they usually see themselves as the one who knows what's right for you!
  • Many questions arise in my experience of entering a self-healing process, especially from severe illnesses. Understanding and believing along the way are critical to success. Self-healing is a challenging process accompanied by ups and downs; it is effortless to break down in the healing process; success comes thanks to perseverance.

Recommended Self-Healing recovery methods for psoriasis patients.

Recovery from autoimmune diseases (including psoriasis) requires, first of all, the restoration of the immune system.

Link: Self-Healing Medicine – Main principles & guidelines.

How should the recovery process run?

  • It is essential before starting treatment to read the philosophical chapter carefully. (Philosophy of medicine). It is imperative to understand and accept the fundamental principles.
  • Self-healing is based on a combination of all the factors I listed.

Skin symptomatic (recommended and not recommended) treatments during the recovery period.

Recommended:

  • Aloe vera is a natural ointment for itching relief. (Without any additives and related preparations.)
  • Sun-controlled tanning helps heal wounds and also boosts life energy. (Supposedly a routine for life.)
  • You can apply a homemade remedy to help reduce itchiness and absorb toxins from the skin.
    • The preparation consists of 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay, two tablespoons of baking soda, and two tablespoons of cold-pressed coconut oil. After mixing, a soft brown-gray ointment is formed. The cream can be applied to the affected skin. (Dirty Caution.)

Not recommended:

  • It is strongly advised not to use any pharmaceutical product. The skin, as you know, absorbs everything.
  • It is recommended not to take supplements of vitamins such as vitamin D.
  • All types of sunscreens are not recommended.

Rehabilitation of the immune system requires simultaneously integrating all the influencing factors:

  1. Release traumas from the past through the subconscious and conscious transmission. (No need to forget.)
  2. A very diverse and balanced diet of natural, unprocessed foods.
  3. Maintaining an incredibly healthy lifestyle. (Goodnight Sleep, controlled sun exposure, and regular exercise.)
  4. Cleaning the body's filters (liver and kidneys) greatly boosts the immune system.
  5. Assistive treatments such as massage (very relaxing) and acupuncture with excellent effects. (Even in type 1 diabetes.)

The main difficulty in self-healing is extreme self-discipline.

Good liver function is essential for regenerating the skin cells that have been destroyed.

  • Restoration and renewal of destroyed skin cells require protein synthesis. The liver is the organ that performs most of the synthesis; therefore, its normal functioning is especially essential for the success of the process.
  • Regular cleansing of the liver and kidneys is essential for the success of the process.

Recommended natural therapies for psoriasis patients.

Mental & Spiritual Empowerment - Critical.

Link: Mental and Spiritual Empowerment.

  • Love and emotional support (not just logistical), knowing that having someone with you has immense meaning in these difficult moments. With love and support, hope strengthens the energy of life and dramatically improves recovery chances.
  • Hypnosis. (Authorized only) Traumatic events are often kept subconscious and complex to locate on our own. Hypnotherapy requires patient collaboration. I needed many hypnosis-like sessions. In my opinion, most Psoriasis patients will need several treatments to achieve the desired results.
  • Releasing tension and spiritual calm. (Such as yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi )
  • Acupuncture. Excellent benefits without any side effects. Acupuncture does begin as a physical act, but it is essentially an energetic action aimed at opening energetic blockages along the body's energy channels. (Meridians) Successful acupuncture can be painful; the pain usually indicates effective treatment. (The pain stems from energy flow in a blocked life-force energy channel!)
  • Controlled Solar-baths. (Essential for proper physiology and charges the life-force energy.) Fear of contracting skin cancer and working indoors for many hours has created a situation where many people, even in sunny countries, are deficient in vitamin D. The sun soothes the mind and improves the mood!

Lifestyle & dietary habits.

  • Goodnight's sleep is imperative to achieve a successful alcohol withdrawal. Daytime sleep has no similar effect; sleep hours cannot be completed during the day.
  • Use of drugs and supplements. All drugs (and sometimes some supplements) harm the immune system. Do not expect the support of doctors to reduce medication.
  • Eating habits- Do not eat late at night. Eat comfortably and well-chewed. Late-night eating takes essential resources from the immune system to the digestive system.
  • Diet sugar-free and soft drinks - soft drinks and diet drinks harm many vital organs and damage the immune system.
  • Food composition - It is highly advisable not to combine high doses of carbohydrates with animal protein; they substantially affect insulin resistance. Animal proteins should be eaten with plant foods containing dietary fiber. It is desirable to pour natural oil on carbohydrates (preferably with a low glycemic index); it helps emulsify the digestive system.
  • Sex with emotions strengthens the life-force energy. (The problem of psoriasis patients is that they often have low self-esteem. ) A stable relationship with sex is significant to the recovery process. Sex with deep emotions can charge the life-force energy.

A healthy diet and proper eating habits are essential for recovery.

Nutritional recommendations for Psoriasis patients.

Recommended link: "The balanced, varied diet" is the best diet for maintaining good health and optimal weight.

In my experience, very few Psoriasis patients have a proper diet & eating habits, even though many believe they are eating healthy!

Introduction.

  • Fats, protein, carbohydrates & natural sugars are needed; it is wrong to deny completely one of the macronutrients.
  • The need for various foods (mainly from plants) allows the body to get all the nutrients (enzymes, minerals, electrolytes, dietary fiber, antioxidants) through the food and drinks. High-quality and varied foods, together with sun-controlled exposure, almost eliminate the need for sometimes harmful supplements and absorb less than quality food.

Psoriasis patients may suffer from farting.

  • Imbalances in intestinal flora often manifested themselves in farting. Farting during the recovery period is often a positive sign! (Contrary to what is commonly thought) they reflect attempts by the good bacteria to control the parasites. (Dead parasites release gas.)
  • Taking control of the good bacteria over the parasites is usually accompanied by much farting. This process can take several months. No need to panic and see the recommended diet as if it failed. On the contrary!

Recommended food:

  1. Start your morning by drinking one cup of squeezed lemon juice mixed with lukewarm water. (It is even better if you add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar + one tablespoon of olive oil.)
  2. Vegetables, seeds, sprouts, roots, nuts, legumes, beans, lentils, mushrooms, fruits, and berries.
  3. Moist low-medium glycemic index starches such as rice, sweet potato, taro root, and spelled quinoa. (You better add a teaspoon of coconut oil, Ghee purified butter, or other natural oils for better absorption.)
  4. Organic range-free eggs (especially the egg yolk) are excellent emulsifiers due to their high lecithin content. (Good quality egg yolk has an orange color.)
    1. Egg yolk is rich in vitamin D3.
  5. Eat wild deep-sea fish 2-to 3  a week. (They are less contaminated and also have a high omega-three content.)
    • Fish is easy to digest and does not create a very acidic environment in the intestines.
  6. Berries are among the most potent antioxidants – combined with any fruit, goat yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts. (Yogurt, like all probiotics, may cause gas bloating. It is usually a good sign.)
  7. The liver, in particular, benefits from all-natural bitter foods. (Such as grapefruit and dark chocolate.)
  8. Dietary fiber (found only in plant-based diets) is essential for gut recovery. It might cause a reaction like gas bloating. (Fiber helps to feed the good bacteria.)
  9. Fermented products with natural live bacteria such as goat yogurt or natural kombucha are essential for good health.
  10. Consuming high-quality fats like Olive oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, Ghee (purified butter), and coconut oil, together with fiber, helps lubricate the lining of the intestinal walls. It is essential to replenish the good bacteria and help regenerate intestinal wall tissue.
  11. Regular eating of bone marrow (possible in soup) is especially recommended.
  12. Consuming Iodine regularly (for proper thyroid function) is essential. (The easiest way is by consuming Himalayan pink salt.)
  13. It is recommended to consume sulfur foods such as avocado, onion, garlic, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale to strengthen the immune system.

Which bread is the healthiest? (Sprouted, rye, spelled, or whole flour sourdough bread.)

  • Healthy bread is dense and tends to be massive. (Especially bread made without yeast.)
  • Bread with low gluten is best. Most healthy bread has low gluten. (Although not zero percent gluten)
  • There are many bread recipes. Most people do not bake their bread. Buying bread from a reliable source is essential. The best are small specialized bakeries that deliver organic whole grain sourdough bread.
  • Sprouted bread is most recommended for everyone. Sprouting releases enzymes that break the grain shell. Sprouted bread has low gluten and is much easier to digest because enzymes start breaking the grain shell. (which is hard to digest)
  • Low-calorie bread is less dense and weighs less. Heavy bread makes you feel full faster.

Minimize eating white flour & yeast bread; it disturbs the gut flora balance.

Recommended beverages:

  • Water, tea (without sugar or milk), black coffee (without sugar or milk), and freshly squeezed juice. (Not too sweet.)
    • Drinking fresh juice may cause gas bloating. It is inevitable and part of the recovery process.

Due to intestinal wall damage, appropriate discipline in eating and drinking is required.

  • Until there is a significant improvement in symptoms, the list of food and beverages not recommended is quite long, but that should not surprise anyone.
  • Eating mainly cooked, soft, warm, and moist food is recommended. (Easier to digest)
  • The additional nutrients that the body needs for recovery will come from drinking natural fresh-squeezed juices.

Not recommended Food & Beverages - Minimize consumption.

  • All Processed food, smoked food, preservatives, and canned food. (Huge category.)
  • Soft drinks of all kinds, including diet beverages.
  • Plain sugars and high glycemic starches. (Such as white flour products, potatoes, white bread, biscuits, cakes, etc.)
  • Eating high doses of sweet fruits. (Especially grapes and watermelon containing mainly glucose.) Sugars can create an imbalance in gut flora.
  • Trans-fats (found in many industrialized products) like Margarine are very harmful.
  • Yeast bread. (Sourdough bread is much better.)
  • Dairy products are unsuitable for Fibromyalgia patients as they are loaded with sugar (lactose) and too many proteins. Besides, they create an acidic environment in the intestines.
    • Goat's milk or yogurt is much better. (Limited quantities.)
  • High gluten content products. (Gluten protein is found in most cereals. Gluten tends to adhere to intestinal walls and will probably aggravate symptoms.)
  • Reduce meat & poultry consumption by 50% or more. (Meat & poultry are hard to digest; they create a high acidity environment in the intestines.)
  • Leafy greens. (Until significant relief in symptoms. They tend to stick to the inflamed intestinal walls.)
  • Spicy hot foods are usually beneficial, but they may cause symptoms to worsen. (Due to the Herxheimer effect, dead pathogens release toxins & gas.)
  • Eating large amounts of carbohydrates and animal proteins are not recommended. (Especially meat or dairy products with potatoes or other high glycemic starches.)

Eating habits.

  • Avoid eating away from home, preferably taking home food to work and not buying outside.
  • Chew well, take a break, and eat comfortably.
  • Do not eat late at night.
  • Intermittent fasting (not with zero calories) has many benefits.
  • Fresh vegetables should be sprinkled with olive oil or other oils such as hemp or flaxseed.
  • You should add a little fat with a higher melting temperature, such as coconut oil or Ghee butter, boiled or baked starches, or vegetables. (Although they are saturated fats.)
  • Especially after a meal that includes animal protein (more difficult to digest), taking a short 20-30 minute walk at moderate speed is recommended. Walking helps the digestive processes.

We eat with all senses; it is desirable to fill the plate with various vegetables with oils & spices. (Including aromatic salt.)

Recommended additional physical therapies, including detoxification.

Summary, conclusions, and recommendations.

Psoriasis is not an incurable disease; improving patients' quality of life is possible; initiative and courage are required not to follow conventional medicine. The payoff is immense in every sense.

There is no such thing as an acquired chronic, incurable disease.

  • Except for pure genetic diseases, all chronic diseases acquired, including those with an inborn tendency, are illnesses that can be cured. There is no such thing as an acquired chronic, incurable disease.
  • Patients with psoriasis are treated with only symptomatic treatments that will perpetuate their condition. (Rather than addressing the causes of the disease.)
  • The fact that conventional medicine cannot cure the disease does not indicate that psoriasis is not curable. Conventional medicine lacks a critical dimension to recovery. (Life-force energy.)

Psoriasis underlying causes.

  • Psoriasis's underlying causes are an unhealthy lifestyle combined with anxiety & traumatic Non-resolved events from the past.
  • One of the leading triggers & catalysts of psoriasis is - Traumatic, Non-resolved mental & spiritual events from the past. (Usually subconscious) It can cause low life-force energy flow. Blockages in the flow of life-force energy have far-reaching physical and mental effects.)
  • Recovery occurs only when all the disease causes (mental & physical) are resolved and eliminated.
  • Symptomatic treatments usually cannot cure the patient, as they do not eliminate the disease's causes.

Age factor (Unhealthy physical lifestyle) vs. Traumatic non-resolved events from the past.

  • As with all autoimmune diseases, as the disease erupts at a younger age (30-35 years and below), the likelihood of mental trauma as the leading cause of the disease increases, and vice versa.

This article presents a different approach to treatment and recovery from psoriasis based on self-healing principles.

Rehabilitation of the immune system requires simultaneously integrating all the influencing factors:

  • Release traumas from the past through the subconscious and conscious transmission. (No need to forget.)
  • A very diverse and balanced diet of natural, unprocessed foods.
  • Maintaining an incredibly healthy lifestyle. (Goodnight Sleep, controlled sun exposure, and regular exercise.)
  • Cleaning the body's filters (liver and kidneys) greatly boosts the immune system.
  • Assistive treatments such as massage (very relaxing) and acupuncture with excellent effects.

Economic aspects.

  • The economic burden of doctors, drugs, and treatments is sometimes very high. (In my case, the expenditure was exceptionally high.)
  • Despite the significant expenditure on food and juices, the savings on medicines and doctors, not to mention the suffering and low quality of life, make the investment in self-healing exceptionally economical in the long run.

Self-healing is like "Performing miracles." Every human being has this capability. It just needs to be revealed.
