Why are recurrent fungal infections in diabetes patients widespread? I've already tried everything without success!

In patients with diabetes, the body's cells are "poisoned" by an abnormal metabolism that often originates from an industrialized diet combined with stress and anxiety. It is a situation that immediately damages the intestinal flora and causes, among other things, a fungal infection. Switching to an anti-inflammatory diet is essential.

The leading cause is an imbalance in the intestinal flora. Balancing the gut flora will eliminate the fungal infection throughout the body.
The leading causes of intestinal flora imbalances are an unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical) and poor diet. Most people with fungal infections try a local treatment, usually temporarily. Antifungal drug treatment is very toxic to the liver and is not recommended.

Nutritional recommendations to balance intestinal flora in a relatively short time. (Thus eliminating all fungal infections.)

Recommended foods.
Fruits, vegetables, roots, mushrooms, sprouts, legumes, berries, nuts, and lentils.
Foods are rich in dietary fiber.
Non-genetically modified natural oils. (Cold-pressed only.)
All fermented products. (Such as goat yogurt.)
Deepwater fish - Rich in omega 3.

Recommended foods to minimize or avoid totally.
A sharp reduction in eating industrialized and processed foods.
Plain sugars and all high glycemic carbohydrates. (Such as white flour and potatoes.)
Mineral vegetable oils - trans oils.
Animal protein.
Especially minced smoked and canned meat.
Dairy products, in general, especially hard cheeses.

The list seems long and difficult to make; the benefits go far beyond eliminating the pesky fungal infection.
