Is the use of artificial sweeteners harmful to Fibromyalgia patients?

Non-natural substances are perceived by the body as" external invaders" and are broken down by the liver, which is forced to work hard in the modern diet. They are calorie-free but a lousy alternative because a healthy weight over time is associated with good health! Fibromyalgia patients are advised to use only natural sweeteners such as honey, date paste (silane), carob powder, maple extract, or stevia extract.
