Should I, as a Fibromyalgia patient, avoid eating corn?

Fibromyalgia patients are recommended not to eat corn with meat and cheeses from cow's milk and dairy products. The combination is too acidic and puts much strain on the immune system.

Corn is a nutritious food with a high glycemic index value (it quickly turns into sugar). It is satisfying and very nutritious. Eating natural corn, not genetically modified and grown without spraying harmful chemicals, is no problem. The main problem is that corn is one of the most genetically engineered crops to withstand chemical spraying to grow peak crops. Organic corn is excellent food in a reasonable dose; it is usually significantly more expensive than inorganic corn.
