I am a Fibromyalgia patients for over 20 years. Should I avoid eating corn?

It is recommended not to eat corn with meat and cheeses from cow's milk. The combination is too acidic and puts much strain on the immune system. Starches such as corn are desirable to combine with vegetables or fish. It is advisable to add natural fat to facilitate digestion.

Corn is a nutritious food with a high glycemic value (it quickly turns into sugar). It is satisfying and very nutritious. Eating natural corn, not genetically modified and grown without spraying harmful chemicals, is no problem. The main problem is that corn is one of the most genetically engineered crops that can withstand chemical spraying and grow peak crops.
