Drugs (such as Metronidazole) are antifungal and anti-parasitic, characteristic of patients with gastrointestinal diseases, but very toxic to the liver! (Therefore, Not recommended)

Treating drugs from the metronidazole family (a large group of drugs under different names) for prolonged periods is forbidden, as it is very toxic to the liver. Without proper liver function, there is insufficient bile fluid production to lubricate the gut. Over time, the treatment is more harmful than beneficial!
