Cow's milk is very acidic for the intestines and is not recommended for consumption by chronic patients, including chronic prostatitis patients. Sugary drinks are not desirable at all, as they aggravate inflammations. There are recipes for natural smoothies based on fresh fruit and warm goat milk. Since a blender oxidizes everything quickly, running it for a few seconds only is advisable. An unsweetened cocoa drink based on goat's milk is delicious and less harmful. Natural cocoa is a powerful antioxidant.
