Breakfast cereals are industrialized and processed products that usually contain stabilizers, salt, emulsifiers, and hydrogenated vegetable oils. The combination with cow's milk makes breakfast satisfying and quick to prepare but very inflammatory.
It is possible to produce well-prepared and healthy fast food with similar properties quickly. Homemade granola (Can be bought ready) from only natural ingredients, without additives, plus goat or sheep milk or yogurt is a healthy substitute. The only downside is that these are more expensive groceries. The combination of dietary fiber with goat or sheep yogurt is optimal.
