Does an adult need to eat meat or fish every day?

The modern diet is rich in animal protein, contributing to the increased inflammatory response. Most people are unaware that digesting industrialized and processed animal proteins burdens the liver and kidneys.

The amount of proteins required for the body is significantly lower than that consumed today in the modern era. Plant-based proteins are easier to digest and can provide all the nutrients except omega-3 (which is not the same) and vitamin B12, which is only present in animal-based foods. A small serving (100 grams) of fish, twice or 3 times a week, and fresh (free-range) eggs is enough for an adult.
