Natural soy drinks, almonds, rice, etc., are preferable to cow's milk, which is inflammatory. However, these drinks are sold as processed products in cartons designed for extended shelf life. These "healthy" drinks are an industrialized product that contains flavorings, artificial stabilizers (emulsifiers), and various vitamins and additives. The fact that they do not have food coloring is misleading! It is not a recommended drink. It is best to consume in measured amounts milk or goat (or sheep) yogurt that is similar in composition to breast milk.
