Recent research shows that excessive consumption of animal foods causes severe health damage, and there are several main reasons for this.

The animal food we eat is processed and industrialized.
Animal protein puts a particular strain on the liver and kidneys in breaking down ammonia products. NH3
Animal fat usually contains toxins from an industrialized diet received by the animal.
The modern diet is about 3-4 times richer in animal protein than the body needs.
The combination of animal protein with starches, processed sugars, and a few fruits and vegetables is typical of the modern diet and is particularly inflammatory.
