Are diabetes patients advised to avoid drinking coffee?

There is a great deal of misunderstanding regarding coffee drinking. Ground black coffee, without further processing and any additives (excluding spices such as cardamom), can cause the liver to increase the rate of bile production. Proper bile flow in the digestive tract significantly strengthens the immune system. Black or processed coffee (granulated or melted) with milk, sugar, or both is not recommended for diabetes patients as it has inflammatory properties. It may aggravate diabetes symptoms.
