Avoid eating smoked foods - it is usually very tasty but harmful to your health.

Smoked food is perceived as a delicacy; it is often also harder and drier due to the smoking process. The substances in the smoke (similar to cigarette smoke) are unhealthy for our bodies; avoiding them as much as possible is advisable.
