Social networks have created the illusion of a "friendship replacement," They encourage non-stop re-feeding, which dictates increasing use. Decide who your friends are, preferably several, to whom you devote unlimited time. Everyone else will soon realize that you are not available for every tweet or picture they upload. Leisure is a precious resource in the modern world; do not waste it in vain. It is valid in all chronic patients, including CKD patients.
