I guess the dermatologist forbade you from overexposure to the sun and did not forbid moderate and controlled exposure. It is important to emphasize that skin cancer is not caused by sun exposure. The male hormone testosterone is a derivative of vitamin D. Controlled, moderate exposure (without the face and neck) can help immensely. The sun is a free resource. Dietary supplements are less effective. It would be best if you adopted a diet rich in vitamin D3. (Oil-soluble) Chronic diseases burden the immune system and impair sexual ability. I encourage you to read the article about the cure for Crohn's disease. Healing the illness will also restore your sexual abilities.
