How many times a day should you eat? (Small and multiple meals, or large and few meals)

As a rule, it is advisable to eat a little! It is advisable to eat two main meals a day plus snacks (for those who need them). Dinner should be easy to digest and early, maximum up to 7 in the evening, because most tissue regeneration occurs during sleep. The digestive system needs constant rehabilitation; prolonged breaks between meals are preferable to continuous eating.
