I recommend gluten-free or low-gluten foods, but preferably from natural sources not industrialized or processed, such as quinoa, buckwheat, corn (not genetically engineered), teff, rye (low-gluten), basmati rice, legumes, sweet potatoes, non-grain vegetable flours.
