If you can afford it, you better switch to milk and dairy products from goats and sheep.

Cow's milk, dairy products, and yellow cheeses are not recommended for chronic liver patients. Chronic liver patients should avoid eating concentrated animal proteins, burdening the liver and kidneys. (Mainly meat, poultry, and cow's dairy products)

Goat's milk is more similar in composition to breast milk; it is less protein-rich, and its fat is easier to digest (although its fat content is slightly higher). Sheep milk has a creamy taste and is more oily and especially tasty. The average cow weighs about 600 kilograms, and the milk is intended for calves to gain weight quickly. Cow's milk is very inflammatory to our body, except it is much cheaper than sheep's and goat's milk and dairy products!
