I do not eat meat, chicken, dairy products at all, just a little, eggs, goat yogurt, and fish, and I have very high cholesterol levels. How is this possible?

I recommend that people with diabetes reduce their consumption of meats and dairy products that burden digestion, the immune system, the liver, and the kidneys.

High cholesterol levels for those who maintain a healthy diet are evidence of the body's attempts to repair damaged tissue. The liver is instructed to produce the lipids that will serve as the membranes of the damaged cells. Therefore, it is forbidden to interfere with the body and load it with statins (Lipitor) that only cause harm and not benefit. They interfere with the body's natural regulation.

Cholesterol creates plaque on blood vessels that causes coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. At the same time, cholesterol is one of the body's building blocks. Every cell in our body is wrapped in a membrane made of a cholesterol-like molecule. The hormones, for the most part, are a derivative of cholesterol. The diagnosis of high levels of bad cholesterol LDL is also inaccurate because the size of the molecule matters. Still, they usually do not test the type of LDL but are satisfied with the drug companies!

It is essential to know that there is no evidence that cholesterol is the leading cause of death from heart disease! Renowned experts strongly disagree with this statement. At the same time, animal foods with high levels of saturated fat-rich endotoxins that do not break down in high heat undoubtedly harm our health.
