Is bone marrow a recommended food for IBD patients? Although very fatty?

Bone marrow is considered a superfood, especially recommended in soups. It contains minerals, natural oils, fats, and essential substances to strengthen the immune system. Bone marrow is very easy to digest and does not cause obesity! It lubricates the digestive system and initiates intestinal wall tissue regeneration.

Bone marrow is a spongy substance that fills the bones, producing cells that develop into one of three groups of adult blood cells:
Red blood cells - carry oxygen to all the cells in the body.
White blood cells - are essential for fighting infections.
Platelets - are the clotting factors in the blood which help stop bleeding.
