I often eat a delicious sausage with ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomatoes for lunch. A naturopath advised me to stop due to my Fibromyalgia.

I advise fibromyalgia patients to avoid industrialized and processed foods as much as possible. Processed and industrialized foods are inflammatory and will aggravate the symptoms of fibromyalgia patients. Natural food often requires preparation on the spot and involves a considerable investment of time, but the investment is worthwhile.

Sausage may be delicious, but it is usually one of the most processed foods. Ketchup and mayonnaise also sometimes undergo processing that impairs nutritional values. Although you did not mention that you drink Coca-Cola with the sausage (I guess), it is a considerable load of industrialized and processed foods unsuitable for chronic patients. It is a highly inflammatory food that can aggravate fibromyalgia symptoms.
