Patients with chronic kidney disease should avoid entirely industrialized foods, mainly processed meat.

Sausage may be delicious, but it is usually one of the most processed foods. Ketchup and mayonnaise also sometimes undergo processing that impairs nutritional values. Although you did not mention that you drink Coca-Cola with the sausage (I guess), it is a considerable load of industrialized and processed foods that are unsuitable for older people and patients with chronic diseases. It is a highly inflammatory food that can cause cumulative health damage.
