Why are recurrent fungal infections in fibromyalgia patients widespread?

The leading cause is an imbalance in the intestinal flora. Balancing the gut flora will eliminate the fungal infection throughout the body. Why are recurrent fungal infections widespread? I've already tried everything without success! The leading causes of intestinal flora imbalances are an unhealthy lifestyle (Mental and physical) and a poor diet. Most people with fungal infections try a local treatment, usually temporarily. Antifungal drug treatment is very toxic to the liver and is not recommended for fibromyalgia patients.

Mineral vegetable oils - trans oils.
Animal protein.
Especially minced, smoked, and canned meat.
Dairy products, in general, especially hard cheeses.

The list seems long and difficult to make; the benefits go far beyond eliminating the pesky fungal infection.
