Due to my Fibromyalgia, I do not eat meat, chicken, or dairy products, just little eggs, goat yogurt, and fish, and I have very high cholesterol levels. How is this possible?

I recommend that fibromyalgia patients reduce meat and poultry consumption because they are acidic to the digestive system and promote the proliferation of pathogens that overload the immune system. Poultry is not significantly different from red meat.

High cholesterol levels for those who maintain a healthy diet are evidence of the body's attempts to repair damaged tissue. The liver is instructed to produce the lipids that will serve as the membranes of the damaged cells. Therefore, it is not advised to interfere with the body and load it with statins (Lipitor) that only cause harm and not benefit. They interfere with the body's natural regulation. The liver intentionally produces cholesterol, even without a cholesterol-rich diet, mainly to regenerate cells. Cholesterol-lowering drugs disrupt the internal repair mechanism, without which one would not recover!
