I was advised to drink lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Is this a correct recommendation for chronic heart disease patients?

Lemon is very acidic but acts as a chemical base in our bodies. It flushes the kidneys. In the morning, squeeze a whole lemon (possibly half) and add lukewarm water (not cold). Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a sip of olive oil, and drink. Apple cider vinegar cleanses the liver; olive oil activates the Gallbladder. And with its cumulative effect, it will be noticeable if you persist. It is highly recommended for CHD patients and all family members, including healthy people.
