This recommendation is excellent for everyone but essential for chronic liver and cirrhosis patients.
Lemon is very acidic but acts as a chemical base in our bodies. It flushes the kidneys. On an empty stomach, squeeze a whole lemon (possibly half), and adding lukewarm water (not cold) is recommended in the morning. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil to the drink. Apple cider vinegar cleanses the liver. Olive oil activates the gallbladder to secrete bile and lubricate the intestines. If you persist, it will be noticeable.
