Why were genetic diseases created? Do they have a purpose?

We are accustomed to thinking that every outcome has a logical explanation, including why genetic diseases exist. Think about the wonder of complex production created due to the genetic replication of an incomprehensible number of combinations. The number of malfunctions in the process is negligible, but there are still malfunctions. The evolutionary process causes some of them not to come to expression, and genetic diseases are always recessive; otherwise, most of the population would have been sick with genetic diseases. The question is, why me? It is a philosophical question of life's essence and purpose and whether anyone with a genetic disease has contracted it because of fate! Or that fate is not entirely coincidental. These questions do not and will never have an unequivocal answer because there is a logical contradiction, such as the sentence "Never Say Never."
