Is the fact that we don't have fangs evidence that we weren't meant to eat meat?

Carnivores have fangs to tear flesh and crack hard bones. Since using fire, humans have used cooking, baking, and cutting meat into small pieces that can be eaten. Humans are omnivores, as it is this combination that confers inherent advantages. The main question is the proportion between the different ingredients.
