Is it advisable to eat sweet health snacks?

Sweet health snacks made entirely from natural ingredients, with natural sweeteners such as honey, date silane, carob powder, maple extract, or stevia plant extract, may be healthy, provided they have not undergone significant processing. (baking, cooking, frying) Nuts, sesame, almonds, seeds, and raisins are natural and healthy foods. (in a reasonable dose) From my experience, only small manufacturers usually produce healthy snacks that meet all the strict criteria.
