Is it advisable for Fibromyalgia patients to avoid drinking coffee?

There is a great deal of misunderstanding regarding coffee drinking. Ground black coffee, without further processing and any additives (excluding spices such as cardamom), can cause the liver to increase the rate of bile production. Proper flow of bile in the digestive tract significantly strengthens the immune system. Black coffee or processed coffee (granulated or melted) with milk, sugar, or both is not recommended for Fibromyalgia patients.
