Urinary incontinence is a phenomenon that is also related to the constant irritation created on the prostate due to chronic inflammations of the prostate. Medication is not very effective. The only way to cure the infection is with the self-healing method, which leads to improved control of urine flow. There are exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles; these are important but not particularly effective as long as chronic prostatitis continues.
