The problem with coffee is not the coffee itself but the milk and sugar people usually add. Black coffee can affect the increased production of bile fluid in the liver, helping strengthen the immune system. You can continue drinking black coffee without milk and sugar in reasonable doses. (Ness Coffee is not recommended.)
