Is Acupuncture effective In treating IBD patients?

Acupuncture may help IBD patients relieve various symptoms; however, many treatments are needed to make a significant change. Acupuncture is an excellent tool for treating IBD, but not an exclusive treatment tool; but combined with other self-healing techniques. Resuming the flow of bile fluid into the intestines is essential for recovery. It lubricates the intestines and contradicts the very acidic food from the stomach — thus initiating intestinal tissue regeneration.
