Is Chinese cooking based on wok frying unhealthy for Fibromylgia patients?

Chinese cooking in a wok is based on very fast frying, achieved by cutting the food into small pieces (which increases the contact area). If natural ingredients are used fried in cold-pressed oils with a high smoking temperature, it is a relatively healthy and quick form of cooking.
