The categorizers argue that psychiatry does not have objective biological measures and has a sizeable subjective dimension in determining who is "normal" and normative behavior. In addition, there are significant economic considerations in psychiatry (as well as in other branches of medicine). Treating emotions and behaviors as energy flow significantly changes how we view them.
