The main disadvantage of this method is that it does not teach the person the principles of proper nutrition. As I understand it, there were many inaccuracies in the recommendations I received. I would instead teach simple and easy-to-apply principles rather than give lists. It is worth emphasizing that the right combinations of foods and eating habits are essential, so it is vital to understand how the digestive system works optimally. (As the ancient Chinese proverb says, teaching how to fish is more useful than bringing ready-made fish.)
