Discussion: Failure is not the opposite of success, but part of success. Often, without failures success can not be achieved!

You will find the sentence explaining that failure is not the opposite of success but a part of it in different versions. But the amount of failures I suffered, while suffering physically and mentally for 16 years, is hard to describe. This proverb exists in many different versions and is valid for everyone. It took me 6 years of idle attempts and endless failures until I realized where I was wrong and what I had to do. Repairing my body's horrible damage took another 10 years, but at least I knew I was doing the right thing.
