Is it advisable to use calculators that estimate the recommended daily calorie intake in cancer patients?

Calculators online give an estimate of the recommended daily caloric intake. Calculators consider weight, height, age, and gender. Knowing that the numerical result is no more than a "Rule of thumb" is essential because not all calories are equal. Significant differences exist in whether the food is processed, industrialized, or natural. The hours we eat have additional meaning. At night, the calories are worth more! Think of a relatively small deviation of 5% and translate it into we; you will see that the gaps are enormous over time. Therefore, I recommend cancer patients eat only natural, unprocessed foods in the proper compositions and only during the day. It is advisable to weigh yourself regularly, especially for those who suffer from weight fluctuations.
