Can psychological therapy lead to recovery from fibromyalgia?

Psychological treatment is a supportive treatment that mainly provides reinforcements. Psychological treatment cannot treat the causes of fibromyalgia that reside in the subconscious, limiting access.

Psychological treatments tend to be prolonged. Routine psychological treatment is unable to penetrate the subconscious. The approach to the subconscious is deliberately locked. The paradox is precisely what is particularly harmful resides in the subconscious. Problems we are aware of, residing in the conscious, are solvable even if they are traumatic. The techniques that allow intrusion into the consciousness are meditation, hypnosis, and self-psychoanalysis methods, practices that in the West do not have enough emphasis on.
