A naturopath warmly recommended me self-healing frequency music. Is it beneficial for healing from CKD?

I recommend listening with your eyes closed in a quiet room while meditating to music at reputational frequencies. Frequency therapy is effective only if it penetrates the subconscious! Preferably in combination with anti-inflammatory treatment and mental empowerment. This energetic therapy may be effective for CKD patients, but not as a single therapy, but rather in a complex of self-healing treatments described in detail in the article in the attached link.

Frequencies are ineffective if they do not penetrate the subconscious. If you search YouTube, you can find several recommended frequencies, such as 432, 528, 741 Hz, and more. The sounds are very soothing and pleasing.
