Sexual frustration, especially in married people, is usually not entirely related only to the lack of sex education and conservative environment but also to communicating with your spouse. It is advisable to schedule a pre-planned conversation with your husband in a romantic, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere. It is not a shame to talk and ask your partner for things in a sexual context. If you have difficulty initiating a conversation with your husband on sexual issues, it is possible to contact a sexual therapist. (Preferably with your husband's support and cooperation)
