Should I avoid eating corn due to my diabetes?

It is recommended not to eat corn with meat and cheeses from cow's milk. The combination is too acidic and puts much strain on the immune system. Corn is a nutritious food with a high glycemic value (it quickly turns into sugar). Corn is satisfying like most other starches. Eating organic corn (without spraying harmful chemicals) is an option in measured doses due to its high glycemic and insulin index.
