I am a 60-year-old man with benign enlargement of the prostate. I have been taking medication for about 3 months with no improvement. Is there an effective treatment for BPH?

Two effective treatment methods can be applied in parallel:

Catheterization of the groin veins using the Gat-Goren method is intended to restore blood flow to the prostate. The technique is very effective and considered relatively safe; its main disadvantages are its availability and the high cost of treatment.

An anti-inflammatory diet is essential for guarding against the aggravation of the processes of prostate enlargement. In many cases, a shrinking (at least partial) of the prostate can be produced to dimensions that do not create severe side effects. It's worth knowing - drugs are not an effective solution to the BPH phenomenon.
