This post presents an alternative index to the familiar Kardashev index. Energy is no longer an effective limitation in the 11-dimensional universe model in which we live. "Energy harvesting" enables the production of infinite energy using zero-point energy (which is only possible in an 11-dimensional universe model and not 4); therefore, it is necessary to promote an index based on scientific and technological capabilities. I recommend reading the introduction to the cosmological-physical model, which describes the universe in 11 dimensions, available at the attached link. The hyperdimensional {11D, (4+7)D} unity field equation.
- Zero-point energy is cosmic energy that can be harvested without violating the laws of thermodynamics. ZPE's energy is less compressed and therefore complements applications that require less acceleration and momentum. Chemistry in 11 dimensions offers the possibility of producing an infinite amount of cheap and readily available energy as pure hydrogen, through the electrolysis of water (in the 5th dimension), thereby eliminating energy as a limiting factor for advanced civilizations. Link: Chemistry in 11 dimensions: A transdimensional revolution.
These technologies are currently considered science fiction in existing 4D models, but they are a fact in 11-dimensional models, which have been scientifically validated but have not yet been made public.
The Kardashev scale, introduced in 1964, brought about a conceptual revolution, and rightly so.
The Kardashev scale is considered a definitive measure of civilization's development. It combines imagination and charm, but it also lacks optimization. The arguments for the Kardashev scale are no longer valid when an ultimate energy source, such as nuclear fusion or zero-point energy, is abundant. (in an 11-dimensional universe).
I propose an updated Kardashev scale that is simple, objective, and independent of the civilization's population size.
- When I asked (in channeling), the extraterrestrial PBX replied that my arguments are correct, but the scientific community will not accept them in the early stages. First, this is a widely accepted scale, and I am not a respected member of the astrophysical scientific community.
The premise must be that extraterrestrial civilizations optimize resources. Thus, it is necessary to update the Kardashev scale.
Introduction to the Kardashev scale.

The ideas presented by Kardashev and Dyson in the 1960s were progressive, but considering current knowledge about new technologies requires rethinking. The idea of a Dyson sphere was a mental challenge and not quite feasible. Harnessing solar energy directly from the sun and converting it to electricity are low-efficiency, high-cost processes.
- There is no need to harness the energies of entire galaxies through complex, inefficient, expensive, and possibly polluting processes when an available energy source can be utilized efficiently inside spacecraft.
The highest known energy density is the strong nuclear force. (Thanks to which the atomic nuclei converge). However, other less compressed forms of energy are available in abundance.
- Nuclear energy production can take two forms: nuclear fission, which is familiar to us as the production of electricity, and nuclear fusion, similar to the process that occurs in the sun.
- Nuclear fusion technology was already proven applicable at Livermore Laboratories in California in December 2022. Experimental reactors are already being built in France and Japan. Nuclear fusion technology is considered, not for nothing, the holy grail of green energy.
- The advantages of nuclear fusion over nuclear fission are apparent. Indeed, extraterrestrials are reported to use nuclear fusion technology to propel their spacecraft.
- My premise, based on Adrian Dvir's book X3: Healing, Beings, and Extraterrestrials, is that extraterrestrials must travel through the vastness of the universe to survive for millions of years; therefore, the energy they utilize must be applied to spacecraft. First, all technologies that cannot be minimized are disqualified.
Given the ultimate source of energy, I deemed it necessary to establish a more objective measure of the level of technological development of extraterrestrial civilizations.
The Kardashev scale has considerable drawbacks.
- The Kardashev scale does not account for civilizations with a small population.
- Harnessing the energy of a star or an entire galaxy requires assuming that no other denser source is available. (Nuclear fusion, Zero-point energy.)
- Moreover, a volcano (for the illustration) cannot be inserted into a spacecraft.
- Utilizing the energy of natural forces can lead to environmental damage and is not an energy-efficient approach.
In Adrien Dvir's X3 Helling, Entities and extraterrestrials emphasize using nuclear fusion and ZPE as their primary energy source.
- Nuclear fusion (similar to that carried out in the sun) is clean energy, highly available, and can be operated in a reasonable volume of spacecraft without environmental damage.
Therefore, I saw fit to propose a different scale of extraterrestrial technological development based on comparable principles but from a different angle.
Speeds higher than the speed of light exist in other dimensions. (Used by extraterrestrials constantly)
Link: Extraterrestrial spacecraft manifest in higher dimensions, traveling.
It is impossible to travel faster than the speed of light, but this limitation exists only in the 4D universe we live in, not in other dimensions.

A model that reflects the technological level of civilizations must have two basic assumptions:
1 Civilizations must be mobile and move through deep space to survive.
2 Resource optimization always occurs over time. Therefore, civilizations will utilize available energy sources according to the energy density scale and their production capabilities, while attempting to minimize environmental damage.
The inevitable conclusion is that the main energy sources for extraterrestrials are nuclear fusion energy and zero-point energy (ZPE).
The suggested scale for space-traveling civilizations' technological-level index
The measure I propose for the technological development of extraterrestrial civilizations is based on the maximum speed at which extraterrestrials travel through space and the speed of communication they perform (whichever is lower), divided by the speed of light. The index is logarithmic. (Base 10)
- Currently, there are not enough cases to place on the scale. At the same time, most extraterrestrial civilizations likely travel at speeds exceeding the speed of light, with AATI greater than zero but on a finite scale.
Definitions:
- ACTI- Advanced Civilizations Technological-Level Index.
- Sv - Spacecraft velocity. (Maximum)
- Ts - Telecommunications speed.
- C - Speed of light (As we know it).
- MIN - Minimum. (The lowest of)
- LOG - Logarithm (Base 10)
According to the proposed method, the measure of combined speeds exceeding the speed of light is positive, while all speeds below the speed of light are negative.
Advanced Civilizations (space-traveling) Technological-Level Index— In short, ACTI.
ACTI= LOG {MIN(Sv,Ts)/C}
Note: The speeds of traveling in deep space with a large mass body are likely lower than those of communications. However, I introduced the extended formula because of the importance of fast communication in deep space travel.
The theoretical maximum speed on the ACTI scale is almost 7. (Ten million times faster than the speed of light) However, according to the information I received (through channeling), no civilization is known to have passed the ACTI of 6 (1 million times faster than the speed of light)
Numerical illustrations of the ACTI scale:
Humans ACTI illustrated.
- Humans communicate at the speed of light, but travel through space at a maximum speed of about 20 kilometers per second. (The speed of light is close to 300,000 kilometers per second.
Therefore, the ACTI for humans is -4.17
-
- There are plans for the atomic propulsion of rockets (which are problematic to implement) that could theoretically reach a speed of about 3% of the speed of light. (The index remains negative. (but significantly smaller)
Specific extraterrestrials ACTI illustrated.
- Highly evolved extraterrestrials move and communicate by converting to higher dimensions (with a considerable energy investment) at speeds that reach 500,000 times the speed of light! At such speeds, one minute is equivalent to about a light year.
- Since extraterrestrials move and communicate at the same (unimaginable) speed, the index that can be calculated for them is the logarithm of 500,000.
Therefore, the ACTI for this specific extraterrestrial civilization is 5.7.
It is essential to emphasize that other extraterrestrial civilizations probably move more slowly and possibly faster. At the same time, extraterrestrials also do not have infinite travel and communication speeds. Therefore, the scale (logarithmic) is bounded. (At approximately 6-7)
It is possible to attribute different cosmological abilities to different levels of the ACTI index:
- Negative index, such as humanity (sub-light velocity), indices 1-2 (traveling in a galaxy or nearby galaxies), indices 3-4. movement in the entire universe, while indices 5-6 can already be attributed to the conquest of the cosmos and the crossing between universes. Link: The Cosmos is infinite, and so is time; no beginning nor end!
Since the cosmos is infinite, the complete conquest of the cosmos cannot be achieved.
The suggested index, ACTI, has several advantages:
- The population size of a civilization does not change the figure.
- It is an accurate numerical figure and not a subjective estimate.
- ACTI is intuitive and straightforward to understand.
- Spaceflight requires high technology, life preservation, navigation, and communication, which undoubtedly represent a significant scale of complexity.
- Suppose you meet extraterrestrials and ask them about their civilization's ACTI scale. If he answers 6, you raise an eyebrow and immediately realize that he is flying through the universe at a million times the speed of light—a most impressive achievement.
The scale's premise is that the more advanced a civilization is, the faster it can move through the universe and communicate with others.
The gap between us and the extraterrestrials described in Adrian Dvir's book is about ten scales! It is essential to emphasize that scales cannot be translated into years or any other concept of time.
