If you try to find deficiencies in minerals or nutrients in Fibromyalgia patients, you will always fail because it is a constant pursuit. The right way is more straightforward than you thought.

The problem of deficiencies in minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients is a general problem, not only among fibromyalgia patients. The answer is, therefore, a broad answer for everyone.

Most of us are exposed to TV shows or other media that teach us about one essential supplement. We run to the health food store and buy the supplement without changing feelings or illness! There are hundreds of nutrients. It is challenging to remember which foods contain what, so the right way is to consume varied foods, mostly from plants, preferably organic and genetically engineered. Along with controlled sun exposure, you will not need any supplement (unless you are vegan), nor will you have to strain and look for what nutrients are missing in your body!
