I need sweet and easy-to-digest food when I watch TV. Is there a recommendation for something quick to prepare?

Patients with heart disease need a particularly anti-inflammatory diet. There are two recommended and quick-to-prepare recipes: Both of these recipes are nutritious, satisfying, easy to digest, and suitable for heart patients.

1. Cut small pieces of seasonal fruit, such as a pear, apple, peach, or persimmon. Add a handful of washed berries, goat or lamb yogurt (incredibly delicious), cinnamon, and walnuts.

2 Put three-quarters of a cup of goat's milk in the same amount of filtered water in a pot; add a teaspoon of organic coconut oil, hazelnut butter, purified ghee butter, and a flat teaspoon of honey. Stir well and add natural (non-instant) oats until boiling. Pour into a deep dish and add cinnamon and nuts. It is a nutritious, non-fattening recipe, easy to digest, and incredibly delicious.
